Description
制御装置80は、除霜暖房運転を実行することができる。除霜暖房運転では、制御装置80は、図2に示すように、第1動作と第2動作を交互に実行する。なお、図2の温度T1は低温ラジエータ41の出口における熱媒体の温度を示しており、図2の温度T2は電気機器経路13内の熱媒体の温度を示している。第1動作では、制御装置80は、第1暖房運転と蓄熱運転を同時に実行する。第2動作では、制御装置80は、除霜運転と第2暖房運転を同時に実行する。以下に、第1動作と第2動作について、説明する。
冷房運転では、制御装置80が、図6に示すように熱管理装置100の各部を制御する。第3熱回路30では、三方弁73がコンデンサ経路32から高温ラジエータ経路36に熱媒体が流れるように制御され、ポンプ72が作動する。したがって、コンデンサ経路32と高温ラジエータ経路36によって構成される循環流路114に熱媒体が循環する。第2熱回路20では、三方弁65がコンデンサ経路26からエバポレータ経路24に熱媒体が流れるように制御され、コンプレッサ66が作動する。したがって、コンデンサ経路26とエバポレータ経路24によって構成される循環流路116に熱媒体が循環する。冷房運転には、第1熱回路10は関与しない。
バッテリ冷却運転は、バッテリ51の温度が基準値以上の温度まで上昇したときに実行される。バッテリ冷却運転では、制御装置80が、図7に示すように熱管理装置100の各部を制御する。第3熱回路30では、コンデンサ経路32と高温ラジエータ経路36によって構成される循環流路114に熱媒体が循環するように三方弁73とポンプ72が制御される。第2熱回路20では、コンデンサ経路26とチラー経路22によって構成される循環流路104に熱媒体が循環するように三方弁65とコンプレッサ66が制御される。第1熱回路10では、チラー経路15とバッテリ経路14によって構成される循環流路110に熱媒体が循環するように三方弁49とポンプ53が制御される。
電気機器冷却運転は、SPU46、PCU47、及び、トランスアクスル43が内蔵するモータの動作中に実行される。また、電気機器冷却運転は、SPU46、PCU47、及び、モータのいずれかの温度が基準値を超えたときに実行されてもよい。電気機器冷却運転では、制御装置80が、図8に示すように熱管理装置100の各部を制御する。電気機器冷却運転には、第3熱回路30と第2熱回路20は関与しない。第1熱回路10では、電気機器経路13と低温ラジエータ経路11により構成される循環流路112に熱媒体が循環するように、三方弁42とポンプ48が制御される。また、電気機器冷却運転では、オイルポンプ44が作動し、オイル循環路18内のオイルが循環する。

Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載される熱管理装置であって、
熱媒体が循環する熱回路であって、互いに接続されたラジエータ経路、バイパス経路、電気機器経路及び暖房経路を有する熱回路と、
前記ラジエータ経路内の熱媒体と外気とを熱交換させるラジエータと、
前記電気機器経路によって冷却される電気機器と、
前記車両の室内を暖房する暖房器と、
前記熱回路内の熱媒体の流路を変更する少なくとも1つの制御弁と、
制御装置と、
発熱体と、
を有し、
前記制御装置が、第1動作を実行した後に第2動作を実行し、
前記第1動作が、第1暖房運転と蓄熱運転を同時に実行する動作であり、
前記第2動作が、除霜運転を実行する動作であり、
前記第1暖房運転では、前記制御装置が、前記制御弁を制御することによって前記ラジエータ経路と前記暖房経路を含む第1循環流路に熱媒体を循環させながら、前記ラジエータによって前記ラジエータ経路内の熱媒体を加熱するとともに前記暖房器によって前記暖房経路内の熱媒体の熱を利用して暖房を実行し、
前記蓄熱運転では、前記制御装置が、前記制御弁を制御することによって前記電気機器経路と前記バイパス経路を含む第2循環流路に熱媒体を循環させ、
前記除霜運転では、前記制御装置が、前記制御弁を制御することによって前記電気機器経路と前記ラジエータ経路を含む第3循環流路に熱媒体を循環させ、
前記第2動作が、前記除霜運転と第2暖房運転を同時に実行する動作であり、
前記第2暖房運転では、前記制御装置が、前記暖房器によって前記発熱体を熱源とした暖房を実行する、
熱管理装置。 - 前記発熱体が、前記車両を走行させるモータに電力を供給するバッテリである請求項1の熱管理装置。
- 前記発熱体が、ヒータである請求項1の熱管理装置。
