Description
本特許出願は、2017年2月10日出願の米国特許出願第15/429,467号に関連しており、この米国特許出願について優先権の利益を主張する。当該米国特許出願の全体は、参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は、コンテナ内に又はコンテナに添加物を組み込むことができる装置及び方法に関している。当該コンテナは、プロセス用のバルク材料を含むように構成されており、添加物は、プロセスで使用されて、バッチプロセスの生成物を変更、及び/又は調整することができる。
Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性材料用のコンテナを製造する方法において、
熱可塑性材料を含むように構成されたコンテナを、少なくとも1つの色素をコーティング、含浸、前記コンテナへの付加、又は、それらの組合せによって前記コンテナに含めることによって生成する工程であって、前記コンテナ及び前記熱可塑性材料は共に、熱可塑性材料を含む生成物を製造するプロセスで投入物として使用されるように構成されている、工程と、
前記生成物の特性を変更するために前記少なくとも1つの色素を構成する工程であって、前記特性は、前記生成物のカラーインデックス、半透明性、及び反射率からなる群から選択される、工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記熱可塑性材料は熱可塑性ペレットを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテナは、袋、箱、サック、及びブラダからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物は、塗料、コーティング、接着剤、及びそれらの組合せの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの色素を構成する工程は、前記少なくとも1つの色素を構成して、プロセスの作動条件を変更すること、前記生成物の更なる特性を変更すること、又は、それらの組合せを更に含む、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記コンテナを生成する工程は、前記少なくとも1つの色素に加えて少なくとも1つの添加物を含める工程を更に含む、請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの色素は、色材、蛍光物質、燐光物質、及び発光物質からなる群から選択される物質を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の方法。
- バルク材料を含むように構成されたコンテナを生成する工程であって、前記コンテナは、仕様を有する生成物を生成するプロセスに用いられるように構成された添加物を含んでおり、前記コンテナは、前記プロセスによって消費されるように構成されている、工程と、
前記バルク材料を前記コンテナに導入する工程と、
前記バルク材料入りの前記コンテナを前記プロセスに導入することで、前記バルク材料と、前記添加物を含む前記コンテナとが前記生成物を生成するのに使用される工程と、
を含んでおり、
前記添加物は、前記生成物のカラーインデックスに影響を与えるように構成されている、方法。 - 前記バルク材料は熱可塑性ペレットを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテナは袋、箱、サック、又はブラダを含む、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物は、塗料、コーティング、及び/又は接着剤である、請求項8乃至10の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記添加物は、色素を含む、請求項8乃至11の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記添加物は、前記生成物の材料特性を変更する、請求項8乃至12の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記コンテナの製造は、紙、麻、キャンバス、及びナイロンからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
