Claims (13)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュール、及び前記バッテリーモジュールを内部に固設可能なパックケースを備えるバッテリーパックであって、
前記パックケースは、
前記バッテリーモジュールの下部を支持するパックトレイと、
前記パックトレイと相互結合して前記バッテリーモジュールを覆い、それぞれの前記バッテリーモジュールの少なくとも一側と結合して前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子を電気的に接続する端子接続部が上端内面に設けられているパックカバーと、
を含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールはそれぞれ、バッテリーセル、及び前記バッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースを含み、
前記電極端子は、前記モジュールケースの一側面から突出して設けられている、バッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記パックカバーによって上部が覆われるとき、一つの前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子と隣接する他の一つの前記バッテリーモジュールの電極端子とがそれぞれ前記端子接続部に上下方向に接触して電気的に接続される、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電極端子は、方形板状である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールケースは、前記電極端子の下部を支持するように一側面から突設されて垂直方向に貫通孔を備える端子支持部を含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックカバーは、上端内面に取付ナットをさらに備え、
それぞれの前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記端子支持部の貫通孔に挿入されて前記取付ナットに垂直に締結される取付ボルトによって前記パックカバーに固定されている、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電極端子は、前記端子支持部の貫通孔の上部に位置し、前記取付ボルトが通るように設けられている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記取付ボルト及び前記取付ナットの少なくとも一つは、絶縁素材でできている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記端子接続部は、
前記取付ボルトが通過可能な締結孔を備え、前記電極端子と面接触するインタ-バスバーと、
前記インタ-バスバーを支持し、前記パックカバーの内面に固設されるブラケット部材と、
を含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ブラケット部材は、前記取付ナットと形状合わせられており、前記パックカバーの内面に取り付けられている、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールケースは、前記バッテリーセルの下部に位置して前記バッテリーセルを支持するベースプレートを含み、
前記ベースプレートの内部には、冷媒が流動可能な流路が設けられている、請求項3から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックカバーは、周縁領域に沿ってその内部に埋め込まれるクーリングパイプをさらに備え、
前記ベースプレートは、前記流路と連通して垂直方向に延設された冷却水ポートを備え、
前記冷却水ポートは、前記クーリングパイプに上下方向に直結されている、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは、2列に配置され、電極端子同士が前記パックケースの中心部を基準にして対向するように配置されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
