Claims (10)
- (a)金属フォームを準備するステップ;
(b)前記金属フォームと硬化性高分子を含む混合物を準備するステップ;
(c)前記混合物の硬化性高分子を硬化させて複合材を得るステップ;及び
(d)平坦化処理ステップ
を含み、
前記平坦化処理ステップ(d)を前記ステップ(a)以前からステップ(c)以後のうち少なくとも一つの時点で進行し、
前記ステップ(d)前の金属フォームの気孔度は60%以上85%以下であり、
前記ステップ(d)を、前記金属フォームの気孔度(porosity)が30%~60%の範囲内にあり、前記金属フォームの最大気孔サイズが45μm以下となるように進行し、
前記ステップ(d)を、平坦化処理前の金属フォームの表面粗さ(RB)と平坦化処理後の金属フォームの表面粗さ(RA)の比(RA/RB)が0.9以下であり、
平坦化処理前の金属フォームの熱抵抗(KB)と平坦化処理後の金属フォームの熱抵抗(KA)の比(KA/KB)が0.9以下となるように進行する、
複合材の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(d)を前記ステップ(a)とステップ(b)の間で進行する、
請求項1に記載の複合材の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(d)を前記金属フォームの表面粗さ(surface roughness)が6μm以下になるように進行する、
請求項2に記載の複合材の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(d)を研磨(polishing)又は加圧成形(pressing)で進行する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(d)で、前記加圧成形をロールプレス(roll press)で進行する、
請求項4に記載の複合材の製造方法。 - (a1)金属粉末、バインダー及び分散剤を含むスラリーを用いてグリーン構造体を製造する過程及び(a2)前記グリーン構造体を焼結する過程を含む方式で前記ステップ(a)を進行する、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の製造方法。 - 金属フォーム及び硬化性高分子の成分を含み、
前記硬化性高分子の成分は、金属フォームの少なくとも一つの表面で表面層を形成すると同時に、金属フォームの内部に充填されている、
表面粗さ(surface roughness)が2μm以下であり、
20psiでの熱抵抗(thermal resistance)が0.5Kin2/W以下であり、
前記金属フォームの気孔度は、30%~60%の範囲内であり、
前記金属フォームは、最大気孔サイズが45μm以下である、
複合材。 - 前記金属フォームの気孔度は、40%~50%の範囲内である、
請求項7に記載の複合材。 - フィルム又はシート形態である、
請求項7又は8に記載の複合材。 - 厚さが2,000μm以下である、
請求項9に記載の複合材。
