Description

本開示は、互いに係止されるように構成された床板等のパネルに関する。
垂直に変位させることにより組み付けられ、垂直方向及び水平方向に係止されるように構成されたパネルが知られている。このようなパネルは、例えば、ＷＯ２０１４／１８２２１５号に開示されている。さねはぎ継ぎにより、第１パネルの第１縁部が第２パネルの第２縁部に係止される。また、第１縁部及び第２縁部は、垂直方向及び水平方向の係止を目的として係止溝と協働するように構成された係止要素を含んでいる。
ＷＯ２００５／０９８１６３号は、２つの異なる係止要素を備えたパネル要素に関する。しかしながら、このタイプのパネルでは、２つのパネル同士の接合部を長くする必要があるため、このタイプのパネルの製造時に多量のパネル材料が無駄になるという欠点がある。
本発明の実施形態は、パネルをより簡単に組み付ける、及び／又はパネルの係止強度を向上させるという必要性に対処するものであって、更にこれらのパネルは、ヘリンボーンパターン等の高度なパターンでの敷設を可能にする。
本発明の少なくとも特定の実施形態の目的は、上述の技術及び既知の技術に対する改善を提供することである。
本発明の少なくとも特定の実施形態の更なる目的は、垂直変位又は角度を付けた動作により組み付けられ、垂直方向及び水平方向に係止されるように構成されたパネルの組付を容易とすることである。
本発明の少なくとも特定の実施形態の更なる目的は、単独の係止要素でありながら２つの異なる係止面を提供する係止要素を備えるパネルを提供することであり、これによりパネル同士のよりコンパクトな接合が可能となり、無駄になるパネル材料の量が削減される。
本発明の少なくとも特定の実施形態の更なる目的は、互いに係止可能であるように構成されたパネルであって、パネルの長縁部同士が係止され得る、又は短縁部同士が係止され得るばかりでなく、短縁部と長縁部とが係止され得るパネルを提供することであり、これにより、例えばヘリンボーンパターン等の高度なパターンでの敷設が可能になる。
説明から明らかになるであろうこれら及びその他の目的や利点のうちの少なくとも一部が、第１パネルと第２パネルとを含むパネルのセットであって、前記第１及び第２パネルは第１、第２及び第３縁部を有するパネルのセットを備えた本発明の第１態様により達成された。前記第１パネルの前記第１縁部は、前記第２パネルの前記第２縁部及び前記第３縁部の両方にそれぞれ係止可能であるように構成される。前記第１縁部は、水平方向の係止を目的として前記第２縁部の第１係止溝及び前記第３縁部の第２係止溝とそれぞれ協働可能であるように構成された第１係止要素を備える。前記第１縁部は、垂直方向の係止を目的として前記第２縁部の舌部及び前記第３縁部の舌部とそれぞれ協働するように構成された舌部溝を更に備える。前記第１係止要素は、水平方向及び垂直方向の係止を目的として前記第１係止溝の第２係止面と協働するように構成された第１係止面を備える。前記第１係止要素は、水平方向の係止を目的として前記第２係止溝の第４係止面と協働するように構成された第３係止面を備える。
前記第１縁部の上部は第１案内面を備え得るとともに、前記第２縁部の前記舌部の下方縁部は第２案内面を備え得る。これらは、前記第２縁部を前記第１縁部に組み付けるように前記第２縁部を前記第１縁部に対して垂直方向に変位させる工程に際して協働するように構成される。
前記第２縁部の前記舌部は、垂直方向の係止を目的として前記第１縁部の前記舌部溝の上方リップの下方係止面と協働するように構成された上方係止面を備え得る。
前記第１係止要素の上部は第３案内面を備え得るとともに、前記第１係止溝の下方縁部は第４案内面を備え得る。これらは、前記第２縁部を前記第１縁部に組み付けるように前記第２縁部を前記第１縁部に対して垂直方向に変位させる前記工程に際して協働するように構成される。
前記第３縁部の前記舌部は、垂直方向の係止を目的として前記第１縁部の前記舌部溝の前記上方リップの前記下方係止面と協働するように構成された上方係止面を備え得る。
前記第１係止面と前記第３係止面との間の角度は、好適には約５°乃至約３０°の範囲、好適には約１０°乃至約２５°の範囲にある、又は好適には約１７°である。
前記第３係止面と前記第３案内面との間の角度は、好適には約１０°乃至約４０°の範囲、好適には約２０°乃至約３０°の範囲にある、又は好適には約２５°である。
前記第２縁部は第２係止要素を備え得るとともに、前記第１縁部は第３係止溝を備え得る。これらは、水平方向の係止を目的として協働するように構成される。

第３係止面１２と第１パネル４１又は第２パネル４２の上面との間の角度３４は、約５０°乃至約８５°の範囲、好適には約６０°乃至約７５°の範囲にあり得る、又は好適には約６７°であり得る。
第３案内面１８と第１パネル４１又は第２パネル４２の上面との間の角度３５は、約２５°乃至約６０°の範囲、好適には約３５°乃至約５０°の範囲にあり得る、又は好適には約４２°であり得る。
本発明の実施形態によるパネルのセットは、複数の係止面によりパネルの高い係止強度を提供し得る。パネル上で動作する物体による力を受ける場合にも、パネル同士を好適に係止することは、パネルを定位置に保持するために重要であるかもしれない。
また、本発明の実施形態によるパネルのセットは、案内面があるため、既知のパネルのセットに比較して簡単に組み付けられ得る。特にパネル縁部が弾性の低い材料から構成される場合、好適な案内作用は、高い摩擦の表面を有するパネルを組み付けるために重要であるかもしれない。優れた案内作用がなくては、このようなパネルを組み付けることは困難になり得る。又は、パネル又はパネルの一部、例えば舌部が組付中に破損する可能性がある。また、本発明の実施形態によるパネルのセットは、パネル同士のよりコンパクトな接合を提供するため、無駄になるパネル材料の量が削減される。
本発明の実施形態によるパネルのセットは、種々のパターンで組み付けられ得る。一例は、図４Ａ及び４Ｂに示すように第１パネル４１及び第２パネル４２が組み付けられるヘリンボーンパターンである。パネルをヘリンボーンパターンで組み付ける場合、第２パネル４２の第２縁部２が、第１パネル４１の第１縁部に垂直に接続されることになる。
別の例は、図５Ａ及び５Ｂに示すようにパネルを互いに平行に組み付けるモジュラーパターンである。パネルをモジュラーパターンで組み付ける場合、複数の第１パネル４１同士、又は複数の第２パネル４２同士だけが、パネルの各列において互いに接続されることになる。パネルをモジュラーパターンで組み付ける場合、第１パネル４１の第１縁部１が第１パネル４１の第３縁部３に接続されるか、或いは第２パネル４２の第１縁部１が第２パネル４２の第３縁部３に接続される。
図３Ａに示すように、第１パネル４１は、時計回りの方向に、第１縁部１と、第１縁部１と、第２縁部２と、第３縁部３と、を備え得る。
図３Ｂに示すように、第２パネル４２は、時計周りの方向に、第２縁部２と、第１縁部１と、第１縁部１と、第３縁部３と、を備え得る。
第１パネル４１及び第２パネル４２は、約３ｍｍ乃至約１２ｍｍの範囲の厚さを有し得る。
上記の実施形態は、弾性パネルであり得る。弾性パネルは、熱可塑性材料から構成されるコアを備え得る。熱可塑性材料は、発泡させてもよい。
熱可塑性材料には、ポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）、ポリエチレン（ＰＥ）、ポリスチレン（ＰＳ）、ポリウレタン（ＰＵ）、ポリエチレン・テレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）、ポリアクリレート、メタクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリブチレン・テレフタレート、又はこれらの組み合わせが含まれ得る。コアは、複数の層から形成され得る。
上述の実施形態は、熱可塑性材料から構成される装飾箔等の装飾層を備え得る。装飾層の熱可塑性材料には、ポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）、ポリエチレン（ＰＥ）、ポリスチレン（ＰＳ）、ポリウレタン（ＰＵ）、ポリエチレン・テレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）、ポリアクリレート、メタクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリブチレン・テレフタレート、又はこれらの組み合わせが含まれ得る。好適には、装飾箔は、例えば、直接印刷、グラビア印刷、又はデジタル印刷により印刷される。
上述の実施形態は、フィルム又は箔等の摩耗層を備え得る。摩耗層は、熱可塑性材料から構成され得る。熱可塑性材料は、ポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）、ポリエチレン（ＰＥ）、ポリスチレン（ＰＳ）、ポリウレタン（ＰＵ）、ポリエチレン・テレフタレート（ＰＥＴ）、ポリアクリレート、メタクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリブチレン・テレフタレート、又はこれらの組み合わせであり得る。
上述の実施形態は、ＨＤＦ、ＭＤＦ、又は合板等の木材ベースのコアを備え得る。

Claims (14)

  1. 第１パネル（４１）と第２パネル（４２）とを備えたパネルのセットであって、前記第１パネル（４１）及び前記第２パネル（４２）のそれぞれは、第１縁部（１）と、第２縁部（２）と、第３縁部（３）と、を有し、前記第１パネル（４１）の前記第１縁部（１）は、前記第２パネル（４２）の前記第２縁部（２）及び前記第３縁部（３）の両方にそれぞれ係止可能であるように構成され、
    前記第１縁部（１）は、水平方向の係止を目的として前記第２縁部（２）の第１係止溝（５）及び前記第３縁部（３）の第２係止溝（６）とそれぞれ協働可能であるように構成された第１係止要素（４）を備え、
    前記第１パネル（４１）の前記第１縁部（１）及び前記第２パネル（４２）の前記第２縁部（２）は、前記第１パネル（４１）の前記第１縁部（１）に対する前記第２パネル（４２）の前記第２縁部（２）の垂直方向の変位により、互いに係止され且つ組み付けられるように構成され、
    前記第１パネル（４１）の前記第１縁部（１）及び前記第２パネル（４２）の前記第３縁部（３）は、前記第１パネル（４１）の前記第１縁部（１）に対する前記第２パネル（４２）の前記第２縁部（２）の角度の付いた変位により、互いに係止され且つ組み付けられるように構成され、
    前記第１縁部（１）は、垂直方向の係止を目的として前記第２縁部（２）の舌部（８）及び前記第３縁部（３）の舌部（９）とそれぞれ協働するように構成された舌部溝（７）を更に備える、パネルのセットにおいて、
    前記第１係止要素（４）は、水平方向及び垂直方向の係止を目的として前記第１係止溝（５）の第２係止面（１１）と協働するように構成された第１係止面（１０）を備え、
    前記第１係止要素（４）は、水平方向の係止を目的として前記第２係止溝（６）の第４係止面（１３）と協働するように構成された第３係止面（１２）を備え、
    前記第１係止面（１０）と、前記第１パネル（４１）の上面又は前記第２パネル（４２）の上面との間の角度（３３）は、７０度乃至８５度の範囲である、
    ことを特徴とするパネルのセット。
  2. 前記第１縁部（１）の上部は第１案内面（１４）を備え、前記第２縁部（２）の前記舌部（８）の下方縁部は第２案内面（１５）を備え、これらは、前記第２縁部（２）を前記第１縁部（１）に組み付けるように前記第２縁部（２）を前記第１縁部（１）に対して垂直方向に変位させる工程（２７）に際して協働するように構成される、
    請求項１に記載のパネルのセット。
  3. 前記第２縁部（２）の前記舌部（８）は、垂直方向の係止を目的として前記舌部溝（７）の上方リップ（２６）の下方係止面（１７）と協働するように構成された上方係止面（１６）を備える、
    請求項１又は２に記載のパネルのセット。
  4. 前記第１係止要素（４）の上部は第３案内面（１８）を備え、前記第１係止溝（５）の下方縁部は第４案内面（１９）を備え、これらは、前記第２縁部（２）を前記第１縁部（１）に組み付けるように前記第２縁部（２）を前記第１縁部（１）に対して垂直方向に変位させる前記工程（２７）に際して協働するように構成される、
    請求項２に記載のパネルのセット。
  5. 前記舌部（９）は、垂直方向の係止を目的として前記舌部溝（７）の前記上方リップ（２６）の前記下方係止面（１７）と協働するように構成された上方係止面（２０）を備える、
    請求項３に記載のパネルのセット。
  6. 前記第１係止面（１０）と前記第３係止面（１２）との間の角度（３１）は、５°乃至３０°の範囲にあるか、又は１０°乃至２５°の範囲にあるか、又は１７°である、
    請求項１乃至５のいずれか一項に記載のパネルのセット。
  7. 前記第３係止面（１２）と前記第３案内面（１８）との間の角度（３２）は、１０°乃至４０°の範囲にあるか、又は２０°乃至３０°の範囲にあるか、又は２５°である、
    請求項４に記載のパネルのセット。
  8. 前記第２縁部（２）は第２係止要素（２２）を備え、前記第１縁部（１）は第３係止溝（２５）を備え、
    前記第２係止要素及び前記第３係止溝は、水平方向の係止を目的として協働するように構成される、
    請求項１乃至７のいずれか一項に記載のパネルのセット。
  9. 前記第３縁部（３）は、水平方向の係止を目的として前記第３係止溝（２５）と協働するように構成された第３係止要素（２４）を備える、
    請求項８に記載のパネルのセット。
  10. 前記第２縁部（２）の長さは、前記第１縁部（１）の長さより短い、
    請求項１乃至９のいずれか一項に記載のパネルのセット。
  11. 前記第２パネル（４２）の前記第２縁部（２）は、前記第１パネル（４１）の前記第１縁部（１）に垂直方向に接続される、
    請求項１乃至１０のいずれか一項に記載のパネルのセット。
  12. 前記第１パネル（４１）は、時計回りの方向に、前記第１縁部（１）と、前記第１縁部（１）と、前記第２縁部（２）と、前記第３縁部（３）と、を備える、
    請求項１乃至１１のいずれか一項に記載のパネルのセット。
  13. 前記第２パネル（４２）は、時計回りの方向に、前記第２縁部（２）と、前記第１縁部（１）と、前記第１縁部（１）と、前記第３縁部（３）と、を備える、
