Description
(1)孔径1~10nmの珪藻土を含有する、ペット用排泄物処理材。
(2)乾燥処理した珪藻土を含有する、(1)のペット用排泄物処理材。
(3)前記乾燥処理が150~200℃での感熱処理である、(2)のペット用排泄物処理材。
(4)前記珪藻土が稚内珪藻土である、(1)~(3)のいずれか1に記載のペット用排泄物処理材。
(5)前記珪藻土が抗菌・消臭機能を有する珪藻土である、(1)~(4)のいずれか1に記載のペット用排泄物処理材。
(5)珪藻土:おが屑の比率が3:97~90:10の範囲でおが屑を含む、(1)~(4)のいずれか1に記載のペット用排泄物処理材。
ペット用排泄物処理材としては、滅菌処理して殺菌もしくは滅菌あるいは不活性化機能を有する粒体および/または粉体の稚内珪藻頁岩を含有し、微生物を殺菌もしくは滅菌あるいは不活性化するようにしたことを特徴としている。
好ましい上限は、99%以下、95%以下、90%以下、85%以下、80%以下、70%以下、60%以下、50%以下、40%以下が好ましい。
Claims (5)
- 乾熱滅菌処理した抗菌・消臭機能を有する稚内珪藻土とおが屑を含有する、ペット用排泄物処理材。
- 孔径1~10nmの乾熱滅菌処理した抗菌・消臭機能を有する稚内珪藻土およびおが屑を含有し、乾熱滅菌処理した抗菌・消臭機能を有する稚内珪藻土:おが屑の比率が1:99~99:1の範囲である、請求項1のペット用排泄物処理材。
- 乾熱滅菌処理した抗菌・消臭機能を有する稚内珪藻土:おが屑の比率が3:97~90:10の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載のペット用排泄物処理材。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のペット用排泄物処理材を用いて、ペットの排泄物を処理する方法。
- 稚内珪藻土を粉砕する工程と、
該粉砕した稚内珪藻土を乾熱滅菌することにより抗菌機能を付与する工程と、
該乾熱滅菌した抗菌・消臭機能を有する稚内珪藻土粉末をおが屑と、抗菌・消臭機能を有する稚内珪藻土:おが屑の比率が1:99~99:1の範囲で混合する工程と、
を有する、ペット用排泄物処理材の製造方法。
