Description
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル形成基体を誘導加熱するためのサセプタ組立品であって、内側に誘導コイルを受容するための空洞を画定する多層サセプタチューブを備え、前記多層サセプタチューブが、第一の導電性材料を含む内側管状層と、前記内側管状層を包囲する、第二の導電性材料を含む外側管状層とを備え、前記第一の導電性材料の電気抵抗率が前記第二の導電性材料の電気抵抗率よりも大きい、サセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一の導電性材料の前記電気抵抗率が20℃の温度にて、少なくとも2.5×10E-08オームメートルである、請求項1に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一の導電性材料の前記電気抵抗率が、前記第二の導電性材料の前記電気抵抗率の少なくとも2倍である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記多層サセプタチューブが流体透過性である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記第一の導電性材料および第二の導電性材料が強磁性またはフェリ磁性である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記多層サセプタチューブの軸方向端面に配設された端カバーをさらに備える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 前記端カバーが少なくとも一つの開口を備える、かつ/または穿孔されている、請求項6に記載のサセプタ組立品。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品と、前記多層サセプタチューブの前記空洞の内側に同軸に配設された、または配設可能な誘導コイルとを備える、エアロゾル形成基体を誘導加熱するための誘導加熱組立品。
- 前記多層サセプタチューブの内側に配設されている時に、前記多層サセプタチューブと前記誘導コイルの間の最小半径方向の距離が、0.05ミリメートル~0.3ミリメートルの範囲内である、請求項8に記載の誘導加熱組立品。
- エアロゾル発生装置で使用するエアロゾル発生物品であって、前記物品が、エアロゾル形成基体と、前記エアロゾル形成基体の少なくとも一部分と熱的に接触している、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品とを備える、エアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記エアロゾル形成基体がエアロゾル形成液体であり、前記物品が、前記多層サセプタチューブの周りに円周状に配設された、かつ前記エアロゾル形成液体の少なくとも一部分を保持および搬送するように構成されたリング形状の液体保持要素をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記エアロゾル形成液体を保持する液体貯蔵部を少なくとも部分的に形成するハウジングをさらに備え、前記液体保持要素が前記液体貯蔵部の開口内に少なくとも部分的に配設されている、請求項11に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記物品が、前記液体貯蔵部を通って延びる中央空気チャネルと、前記多層サセプタチューブの前記空洞とを備える、請求項12に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 前記物品が、前記物品の中に前記サセプタ組立品を据え付けるための断熱材料で作製された少なくとも一つの保持要素を備える、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のサセプタ組立品と、請求項8または9に記載の誘導加熱組立品と、請求項10~14のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生物品とのうちの少なくとも一つを備える、エアロゾル発生システム。
