Description
前記ヒドロゲル貯蔵部1100はpH調節手段を含むことができ、前記細胞貯蔵部200は攪拌手段を含むことができる。
また、前記細胞貯蔵部1200は、5%CO2、37℃、及びpH7~7.5が維持されることが好ましい。
以下では、本発明のバイオインク供給システム及びそれを用いた3Dバイオプリンティング方法についてより詳細に説明する。
プリンティング組成物を吐出するシリンジの外周面にヒーティングブロックを形成した後、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン( polyetherether ketone)で前記ヒーティングブロックを包み込むようにカバーを3mmの厚さに形成して3Dプリンター用高温ヘッドを構成した。
プリンティング組成物を吐出するシリンジの外周面にヒーティングブロックを形成した後、別途のカバーが備えられていない3Dプリンター用高温ヘッドを製造した。
本発明の3Dプリンターヘッドの断熱性能を測定するために、実施例及び比較例のヒーティングブロックの温度を100℃に設定した後、1時間の間、実施例のカバーの表面温度及び比較例のヒーティングブロックの表面温度を測定して、その結果を図6に示す。
前記細胞は、バイオプリンティングしようとする人工組織の種類に応じて幹細胞、線維芽細胞、肝細胞などの多様な細胞であり得る。
空気圧やシリンジの移動速度などの条件を同一にして3Dバイオプリンティングを行うが、シリンジ内のバイオインクの水位のみを異にして、シリンジから吐出されたバイオインクの吐出量を測定し、その結果値を表1に示した。

Claims (7)
- ヒドロゲル(hydrogel)貯蔵部と、
細胞貯蔵部と、
ヒドロゲル貯蔵部及び細胞貯蔵部からヒドロゲルと細胞溶液の供給を受けて混合させる混合部と、
シリンジ内部のバイオインクの水位を測定するセンサー部と、
センサー部から信号を受けてシリンジ内部のバイオインクの水位を一定に維持させる制御部と、を含み、
前記細胞貯蔵部は、5%CO 2 、37℃及びpH7~7.5の範囲に維持され、
前記ヒドロゲル貯蔵部は、10~15℃及びpH5~6の範囲に維持され、
前記混合部は、ヒドロゲルと細胞溶液とを混合して製造したバイオインクをシリンジへ供給し、
前記シリンジの外周面に、ヒーティングブロック及び前記ヒーティングブロックを包み込むように形成されたカバー、または吸湿部が位置することを特徴とする、
バイオインク供給システム。 - 前記ヒドロゲル貯蔵部はpH調節手段を含む、請求項1に記載のバイオインク供給システム。
- 前記細胞貯蔵部は攪拌手段を含む、請求項1に記載のバイオインク供給システム。
- 前記混合部は混合手段としてインペラー(Impeller)を含む、請求項1に記載のバイオインク供給システム。
- 前記センサー部はレーザセンサー又はストレッチセンサーを含む、請求項1に記載のバイオインク供給システム。
- ヒドロゲルをヒドロゲル貯蔵部に保管するステップと、
生きている細胞が含まれた細胞溶液を細胞貯蔵部に保管するステップと、
ヒドロゲル貯蔵部及び細胞貯蔵部からヒドロゲルと細胞溶液を混合部に供給するステップと、
混合部でヒドロゲルと細胞溶液を混合してシリンジへ供給するステップと、
シリンジ内部のバイオインクの水位を一定に維持するステップと、を含み、
前記ヒドロゲルをヒドロゲル貯蔵部に保管するステップは、10~15℃及びpH5~6の条件で行われ、
前記細胞溶液を細胞貯蔵部に保管するステップは、5%CO 2 、37℃及びpH7~7.5の条件で行われ、
前記シリンジの外周面に、ヒーティングブロック及び前記ヒーティングブロックを包み込むように形成されたカバー、または吸湿部が位置することを特徴とする、
3Dバイオプリンティング方法。 - 前記ヒドロゲルは、アルジネート、フィブリノゲン、カルボキシルメチルセルロース、ヘパラン硫酸、ヒアルロン酸、コラーゲン又はデキストランを含む、請求項6に記載の3Dバイオプリンティング方法。
