Claims (20)
- 外科的処置を実施するためのシステムであって、
生体組織の開口部に挿入可能かつ当該生体組織内で再配置自在なプローブと、
光干渉断層計(OCT)ユニットであって、前記プローブおよび前記プローブの遠位端部に対して遠位にある組織を含む生体組織に関する光干渉断層(OCT)画像データを伝送および受け取るように構成され、前記プローブ、標的組織、または隣接組織のうちの少なくとも1つの光干渉断層(OCT)画像データを生成するものである、前記光干渉断層計(OCT)ユニットと、
前記プローブの前記標的組織または前記隣接組織のうちの少なくとも1つに対する位置を決定するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記位置は前記プローブが再配置されたときに更新されるものである、前記プロセッサと、
前記光干渉断層(OCT)画像データから前記プローブ、前記標的組織、または前記隣接組織のうちの少なくとも1つの光干渉断層(OCT)画像を生成するとともに、前記生体組織の顕微鏡画像または光学画像のうちの少なくとも1つを生成する画像装置と、
前記プローブ、前記標的組織、または前記隣接組織のうちの前記少なくとも1つの光干渉断層(OCT)画像と、前記生体組織の顕微鏡画像または光学画像のうちの前記少なくとも1つとを含む、拡張画像を表示する視認デバイスであって、
前記プローブ、前記標的組織、または前記隣接組織のうちの前記少なくとも1つの光干渉断層(OCT)画像により、前記標的組織または前記隣接組織のうちの少なくとも1つの組織上の第1の位置の特定が可能となるものであり、
前記第1の位置は、前記生体組織の顕微鏡画像または光学画像のうちの前記少なくとも1つにおいて目視可能ではないものであり、

- 請求項1記載のシステムにおいて、前記標的組織または前記隣接組織は、眼の内部の毛様体上腔、結膜下腔、虹彩、角膜、または眼の前房のうちの少なくとも1つであり、
