Description
本出願は、2017年7月19日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/534,407号明細書の優先権を主張するものであり、この出願を参照することにより全体的に本明細書中に援用される。
図1~図6を参照すると、シリンジ・ポンプ100は概略的に、ユーザ・インタフェース110、ハウジング112、シリンジ・プランジャ駆動器アセンブリ114、および、シリンジ受容器116を含む。内部的であり、または、ハウジング112により部分的もしくは全体的に覆い隠される幾つかを含む、シリンジ・ポンプ100の種々の他の特定構造は、図7のシステム図に関して後に記述される。
図8~図13を参照すると、LVP200の例が示される。LVP200は概略的に、ユーザ・インタフェース210、ハウジング212、および、アセンブリ受容器213を含む。内部的であり、または、ハウジング212により部分的もしくは全体的に覆い隠される幾つかを含む、LVP200の種々の他の特定構造は、図14のLVPシステム図に関して後に記述される。
なお、本発明の参考態様として以下に示すものがある。
[態様1]
他の複数の輸液ポンプとの選択的な積み重なった取り付けを可能とするハウジングであって、
外側面内に一体化された把持部であって、略U字形状の保持構造を部分的に画成する 把持部を備えた頂部部分と、
別の輸液ポンプの保持構造と選択的に結合すべく輪郭形成された略U字形状の突出部 を備えた底部部分と、
を有するハウジングと、
該ハウジングに対し、輸液ポンプ動作に関する命令を受信する前面側を提供するユーザ・インタフェースと、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置され、注入液の注入を機械的に行わせるモータおよび一群の駆動要素と、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記モータおよび前記一群の駆動要素の動作を制御するコントローラと、
を備える輸液ポンプ。
[態様2]
前記輸液ポンプはシリンジ・ポンプである、態様1記載の輸液ポンプ。
[態様3]
前記輸液ポンプはLVPポンプである、態様1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
[態様4]
前記ユーザ・インタフェースはタッチ画面およびキー・パッド制御器の両方を含む、態様1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
[態様5]
前記ハウジングは、略U字形状の前記保持構造に対して着脱自在に結合する突出部を有する外部バッテリ・パックを含む、態様1に記載の輸液ポンプ。
[態様6]
注入液のシリンジを受容すべく構成されたシリンジ受容器と、
該シリンジ受容器の近傍に配置されて、前記シリンジのプランジャに抗する移動に基づいて前記シリンジから前記注入液を患者まで導向するシリンジ・プランジャ駆動器アセンブリと、
前記シリンジ受容器に対して結合されたハウジングであって、シリンジ・ポンプを制御するGUIディスプレイを含む前面側を含むというハウジングと、
を備えるシリンジ・ポンプであって、
前記シリンジ受容器は、前記ハウジングの前記前面側にて、重なり合わない整列様式で、垂直方向において前記GUIディスプレイの近傍に配置され、
前記ハウジングは、前記シリンジ受容器内の前記シリンジと、前記GUIディスプレイ全体との両方が前記ハウジングの前記前面側にて視認可能である如く構成される、
シリンジ・ポンプ。
[態様7]
前記シリンジ受容器は前記GUIディスプレイの下方に配置される、態様6に記載のシリンジ・ポンプ。
[態様8]
前記ハウジングは、他の複数の輸液ポンプに対する選択的な積み重なった取り付けに対して準備されると共に、前記ハウジングは、
外側面内に一体化されて保持構造を部分的に画成する把持部を備えた頂部部分と、
別の輸液ポンプの保持構造に対して選択的に結合すべく輪郭形成された突出部を備える底部部分と、
を有する、態様6に記載のシリンジ・ポンプ。
[態様9]
前記GUIディスプレイはタッチ画面である、態様6に記載のシリンジ・ポンプ。
[態様10]
前記GUI上には4行のテキストが同時に表示可能である、態様6に記載のシリンジ・ポンプ。
[態様11]
前記シリンジ・ポンプは片手操作用に構成される、態様6に記載のシリンジ・ポンプ。
[態様12]
ハウジングと、ディスプレイ画面を備えたユーザ・インタフェースとを有する第1輸液ポンプと、
ディスプレイ画面を有さないヘッドレス輸液ポンプであって、舌部及び溝アタッチメントにより前記第1輸液ポンプの前記ハウジングに対して取外し可能に結合されたというヘッドレス輸液ポンプと、
を備える、輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。
[態様13]
複数台のヘッドレス輸液ポンプを更に含む、態様12に記載の輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。
[態様14]
前記第1輸液ポンプの前記ハウジングは、前記舌部及び溝アタッチメントの一部として、前記ヘッドレス輸液ポンプに対して選択的に結合すべく輪郭形成された略U字形状の突出部を備えた底部部分を有する、態様12に記載の輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。
[態様15]
前記第1輸液ポンプはシリンジ・ポンプである、態様12に記載の輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。
[態様16]
前記第1輸液ポンプはLVPである、態様12に記載の輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。

前記複数台のヘッドレス輸液ポンプは、LVPおよびシリンジ・ポンプの両方を含む、態様13に記載の輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。

前記複数台のヘッドレス輸液ポンプはブルートゥース(登録商標)を介して相互に通信する、態様13に記載の輸液ポンプ・アセンブリ。
[態様19]
輸液ポンプ用に、頂部部分と底部部分とを有する後部ハウジングを備える、輸液ポンプ用のフィールド交換可能ユニットであって、
前記頂部部分は、一体形成の把持部構造と、一組の溝とを有し、前記底部部分は、別の後部ハウジングにおける各溝との取外し可能な結合のための突出部を有し、且つ、前記後部ハウジングは、電力ソケットとイーサネット(登録商標)・ポートとを含み、且つ、
前記後部ハウジングは、LVPとシリンジ・ポンプとを含む異なる複数の形式の輸液ポンプの、一群の薬剤送給要素と、制御システムと、ディスプレイとに対して互換的に結合する、
輸液ポンプ用のフィールド交換可能ユニット。
[態様20]
前記突出部は略U字形状である、態様19に記載の輸液ポンプ用のフィールド交換可能ユニット。
[態様21]
前記後部ハウジングは、患者管理鎮痛ポンプの、一群の薬剤送給要素と、制御システムと、ディスプレイとに対して互換的に結合される、態様19に記載の輸液ポンプ用のフィールド交換可能ユニット。
Claims (10)
- 他の複数の輸液ポンプとの選択的な積み重なった取り付けを可能とするハウジングであって、
前面側と、
後面側と、
略U字形状の保持構造を備えた頂部部分であって、
中央凹所の内方に向かって延在し、前記保持構造の回りに延在する上側唇部と、
前記ハウジングの外面内に形成され、前記中央凹所によって部分的に画成される把持部と、
前記ハウジングの狭幅区画と、
前記上側唇部の下方に配置され、前記上側唇部と前記後面側との間を延びる一組の受容溝と、を備えた頂部部分と、
略U字形状の突出部を備えた底部部分であって、
前記略U字形状の突出部の中央に配置された前方部分と、
フランジと外方延在唇部とを有する一組の後方部分であって、他の輸液ポンプのハウジングの受容溝へ摺動挿入され、対応する狭幅区画に当接する後方部分と、を備えた底部部分と、
を有するハウジングと、
該ハウジングの前記前面側に配置され、輸液ポンプ動作に関する命令を受信するように構成されたユーザ・インタフェースと、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング内に配置され、注入液の注入を機械的に行わせるモータおよび一群の駆動要素と、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記モータおよび前記一群の駆動要素の動作を制御するコントローラと、
を備え、
前記略U字形状の保持構造と前記略U字形状の突出部の各々は、前記後面側と前記前面側における前記ユーザ・インタフェースとの間に配置される、輸液ポンプ。 - 前記輸液ポンプはシリンジ・ポンプである、請求項1記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記輸液ポンプは大容量ポンプである、請求項1記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記ユーザ・インタフェースはタッチ画面およびキー・パッド制御器の両方を含む、請求項1記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、略U字形状の前記保持構造に対して着脱自在に結合する突出部を有する外部バッテリ・パックと、前側ハウジング部分と、後側ハウジング部分と、を備え、前記略U字形状の保持構造と前記略U字形状の突出部の各々は、前記後側ハウジング部分に配置される、請求項1記載の輸液ポンプ。
- 注入液のシリンジを受容すべく構成されたシリンジ受容器と、
該シリンジ受容器の近傍に配置されて、前記シリンジのプランジャに抗する移動に基づいて前記シリンジから前記注入液を患者まで導向するシリンジ・プランジャ駆動器アセンブリと、を備え、
前記ハウジングは前記シリンジ受容器に対して結合され、前記前面側は、輸液ポンプを制御するGUIディスプレイを含み、
前記シリンジ受容器は、前記ハウジングの前記前面側にて、重なり合わない整列様式で、垂直方向において前記GUIディスプレイの近傍に配置され、
前記ハウジングは、前記シリンジ受容器内の前記シリンジと、前記GUIディスプレイ全体との両方が前記ハウジングの前記前面側にて視認可能である如く構成される、
