車両での実走行モードでは、タイヤが突起を乗り越える等でタイヤにひずみ入力した際、タイヤ内腔に貼り付けられた制音体もタイヤ内面の形状変化に追従してひずみをうける。従来の制音体は、従来両面テープ、粘着剤、接着剤等でタイヤ幅方向に均一な厚さで貼り付けられているが、この場合、接着剤等の端部に応力が集中し易く、端部から剥離する現象が多くみられる。
図1において、本実施形態の空気入りタイヤ1は、空気入りタイヤ1のトレッド内面2Sに、固定化層10を介し、外周面が接着されてタイヤ周方向に延びる制音体9が備えられている。

(トレッド接地幅TW=150mm)
粘着剤(接着剤):アクリルエマルジョン接着剤(アクリル樹脂系)
両面テープ:ポリエチレン(基材シート)、アクリルエマルジョン接着剤(アクリル樹脂系)
固定化層の幅:スポンジの幅と同幅
厚さ:各表の仕様
所定内圧で空気を充填した各試供タイヤを平滑面に複数の突起をつけたドラムに所定荷重で押し当て、所定の速度でドラムを回転させることにより、テストタイヤは自由転動するが、ドラム上の突起によりタイヤに一定のひずみを繰り返し与えるタイヤ耐久試験を行った。タイヤ内腔のスポンジ剥離、破壊挙動について、所定の走行距離ごとに内腔をモニターすることにより確認し、スポンジ(制音体)が剥離するまでの走行距離を測定した。基準比較例の走行距離を100とし、各試供タイヤの走行距離を指数表示した。指数が大きいほど、耐久性(耐剥離性)に優れていることを意味する。

Claims (3)
- タイヤ内腔面に固定化層で固定化された制音体を備える空気入りタイヤであって、
前記固定化層の厚さを均一ではなく、タイヤ幅方向に適正化することで前記制音体の耐剥離性を向上させたものであり、
前記固定化層のタイヤ幅方向の両端近傍部における厚さTa及びTbと、中央部における厚さTcとが、下記式(1)、(2)及び(3)を満たし、

前記厚さTa及びTbが0.10~1.50mm、前記厚さTcが0.50~2.50mmである空気入りタイヤ。 - 下記式(1-1)、(2-1)及び(3-1)を満たす請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
