Claims (14)
- 組織治療を視覚化するシステムであって、

患者の身体に近接して配置されるように構成され、且つ前記第1エネルギーセンサ及び前記第2エネルギーセンサと相互作用するエネルギー場を発生させるように構成されているエネルギー場発生器と、
前記組織治療器具の前記第1エネルギーセンサ、前記超音波撮像器具の前記第2エネルギーセンサ及び前記エネルギー場発生器と通信するコンソールと、
を備え、
前記コンソールが、前記エネルギー場内での前記第1及び第2エネルギーセンサの互いに対する位置および向きに基づき、前記超音波撮像面に関して向けられた前記組織治療器具の典型的な画像を生成するように構成され、
前記コンソールが、前記1つ又は複数のスタイレットの展開長に基づくサイズを有する、予期されたアブレーション境界又は予期された治療ゾーンの画像を生成するようにさらに構成され、前記予期されたアブレーション境界又は前記予期された治療ゾーンの画像の大きさが、所定の目標時間および所定の目標温度と関連付けられている、システム。 - 前記組織治療器具が、1つ又は複数の展開可能なスタイレットと突き刺し遠位先端とを有する長尺状本体を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織治療器具がアブレーション器具を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織治療器具が、アブレーションエネルギー、クライオアブレーションエネルギー、プラズマエネルギー又は機械エネルギーを与えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー場発生器が電磁場発生器を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー場発生器が、高周波エネルギー、マイクロ波エネルギー、超音波エネルギー又は赤外線エネルギーを与えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波撮像器具が、前記第2エネルギーセンサを有する長尺状超音波プローブ及びスリーブを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー場発生器が、前記患者の身体の骨盤に近接して配置されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンソールがコンピュータを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンソールが、前記1つ又は複数のスタイレットの展開中にリアルタイムに前記アブレーション境界又は治療ゾーンを判断するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
