Claims (8)
- 電気めっきラックの固定装置であって、
電気めっきラックに設置される、少なくとも1つの電気伝導部品と、
平台に設置され、且つ前記電気伝導部品に対向する、少なくとも1つの伝導座と、を含み、
前記伝導座は、複数の電気伝導片と、1つの挿入孔とを含み、前記挿入孔は、前記複数の電気伝導片に囲まれて画定され、且つ前記電気伝導部品が挿入して前記複数の電気伝導片を前記電気伝導部品に密着させて電気的接続するように構成され、
前記伝導座は、締付ばねをさらに有し、前記締付ばねは、前記複数の電気伝導片外周に套設される電気めっきラックの固定装置。 - 前記伝導座は、上座と下座とをさらに含み、前記上座は、前記下座に組み合わせられ、前記複数の電気伝導片は、前記下座に設置され、前記挿入孔は、前記上座の貫通孔の下方に位置する請求項1に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
- 前記貫通孔の孔径は、前記上座の頂部から前記上座の底部に向かって漸縮する請求項2に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
- 前記上座の底部に凹溝を形成し、前記凹溝と前記貫通孔とは連通し、前記凹溝は、前記複数の電気伝導片の上端縁を収容するように構成される請求項3に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
- 前記凹溝の孔径は、前記複数の電気伝導片の上端縁に形成された挿入孔の孔径より大きい請求項4に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
- 前記下座の底部に少なくとも1つの電極を設置し、しかも前記電極と前記複数の電気伝導片とは電気的接続される請求項2に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
- 各電気伝導片は、上半部と下半部とを有し、前記上半部と前記下半部との接続箇所は内側に凹み、夾角を形成する請求項1に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
- 前記電気伝導部品は、前部と、中部と、後部とを含み、前記前部は、錐形であり、前記中部の一端から延伸し、前記後部は、前記中部の他端から延伸し、且つ、前記電気めっきラックに組み合わせられるように構成される請求項1に記載の電気めっきラックの固定装置。
