Description
図5を参照すれば、本実施例によるU字状フレーム300は、底部300aおよび互いに対向する2つの側面部300bを含む。図2で説明した電池セル積層体120がU字状フレーム300の底部300aに装着される前に、U字状フレーム300の底部300aに熱伝導性樹脂を塗布し、熱伝導性樹脂を硬化して熱伝導性樹脂層310を形成することができる。
図6を参照すれば、本実施例によるバスバーフレーム130は、図4で説明した電極リード111、112が突出した方向に垂直に配置されるメインフレーム130aと、メインフレーム130aの下部から延びた折曲部130bとを含む。バスバーフレーム130は、図2および図3で説明したように、電池セル積層体120と連結される。メインフレーム130aでは、電極リードがスリットを通過してバスバーと結合した構造を形成することができる。折曲部130bは、メインフレーム130aを基準として略90度に曲げられてU字状フレーム300の底部300a上に位置することができる。折曲部130bおよび周辺の構成については、図7および図9を参照してさらに説明する。

Claims (9)
- 略矩形状の複数の電池セルのそれぞれが直立された状態で、前記複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を収容し上部が開放されたモジュールフレームと、
開放された前記モジュールフレームの上部において前記電池セル積層体を覆う上部プレートと、
を含む電池モジュールにおいて、
前記モジュールフレームは、底部および互いに対向する2つの側面部を含み、
前記モジュールフレームの前記2つの側面部はそれぞれ、前記電池セルの積層方向において前記電池セル積層体の最も外側に位置した電池セルの電池本体に面するように設けられており、
前記底部は、第1部分および第2部分を含み、前記第1部分は、前記側面部と連結しており、前記第2部分は、前記電池セルの積層方向において前記第1部分の内側に位置し、前記電池セルの前記積層方向に沿って位置する前記第2部分の厚さは、前記第1部分の厚さより薄く、
熱伝導性樹脂が前記モジュールフレームの前記底部に塗布されて熱伝導性樹脂層を形成しており、
前記電池モジュールは、前記底部と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置し、且つ前記電池セルの前記積層方向に対して垂直である前記底部の長手方向の両端部に位置するパッド部をさらに含み、
前記側面部と前記底部の前記第1部分との連結部に、前記パッド部が密着している電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セルの前記積層方向に対して垂直である前記電池セル積層体の長手方向において、前記底部のさらなる第2部分は、前記第1部分よりも外側に位置し、
前記電池セル積層体の長手方向に沿って位置する前記さらなる第2部分の厚さは、前記第1部分の厚さより薄い、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記電池セル積層体と連結されるバスバーフレームをさらに含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向を基準として互いに対向する両側が開放され、前記モジュールフレームの開放された両側において前記バスバーフレームは前記電池セル積層体と連結され、
前記バスバーフレームは、前記電極リードが突出した方向に垂直に配置されるメインフレームと、前記メインフレームの下部から延びた折曲部とを含み、
前記折曲部は、前記底部の前記さらなる第2部分上に位置する、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記折曲部の厚さと前記さらなる第2部分との厚さを合わせた厚さは、前記第1部分の厚さより薄い、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルは、幅方向に形成された突出部を含み、前記突出部は、前記折曲部上に位置する、請求項3又は4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記パッド部は、前記第1部分と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝導性樹脂層は、前記第1部分と前記電池セル積層体との間に位置し、前記パッド部は、前記熱伝導性樹脂層と前記第2部分との間に位置する、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュールフレームの開放された両側にそれぞれ結合されたエンドプレートをさらに含み、前記モジュールフレームの開放された両側は、前記電池セル積層体の電極リードが突出した方向を基準として互いに対向する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
