Claims (8)
- 隣り合う熱交換器プレートの間に接触点を提供し、これによって、前記熱交換器プレートは、互いから距離を置いて保持され、前記熱交換器プレートの間に媒質が熱を交換するためのプレート間流路が形成されるようになっている、プレス加工された稜と溝とのパターンが設けられた複数の熱交換器プレートを含むろう付けプレート熱交換器をろう付けするためのろう付け用材料であり、前記ろう付け用材料は、少なくとも1種類の融点降下元素と前記熱交換器プレートの組成に似た金属を含むろう付け用合金とを含むろう付け用材料であって、
前記ろう付け用材料は、ろう付け温度より低い固相温度および液相温度を有する融解ろう付け用材料の粒子と、前記ろう付け温度を上回る固相温度および液相温度を有する非融解ろう付け用材料の粒子との間の混合物を含み、前記融解ろう付け用材料と前記非融解ろう付け用材料との間の比は、前記融解ろう付け用材料と前記非融解ろう付け用材料とによって形成される合金が、前記ろう付け温度より低い固相温度と前記ろう付け温度より高い液相温度とを有するようなものであり、ここで、前記ろう付け用合金における前記融解ろう付け用材料と前記非融解ろう付け用材料との間の比は、10~25/90~75であり、および、前記非融解ろう付け用材料は、融点降下元素と混合されたステンレス鋼から作られている100μm未満の粒子を含むことを特徴とする、ろう付け用材料。 - 前記融解ろう付け用材料粒子は、融点降下元素としてホウ素を含む、請求項1に記載のろう付け用材料。
- 前記融解ろう付け用材料粒子は、1.5~3%のMo、10~15%のNi、16~20%のCr、7~10%のSi、5~7%のMn、1~2%のBを含み、残りはFeである、請求項2に記載のろう付け用材料。
- 前記非融解ろう付け用材料粒子は、1.5~3のMo、10~15%のNi、16~20%のCr、5~7%のSi、5~7%のMnを含み、残りはFeである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のろう付け用材料。
- 前記融解ろう付け用材料の組成と前記非融解ろう付け用材料の組成とは、前記融解ろう付け用材料が1~2%のホウ素を含有すること以外は同一である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のろう付け用材料。
- 前記非融解ろう付け用材料は、1250℃を超える固相温度を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のろう付け用材料。
- 前記融解ろう付け用材料は、1250℃未満の液相温度を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のろう付け用材料。
- 前記ろう付け用材料の割合の前記融解ろう付け用材料と前記非融解ろう付け用材料とで形成される合金は、1250℃より低い固相温度と1250℃を上回る液相温度とを有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のろう付け用材料。
