圧力で圧着させる。
る。
圧着加熱ガスグラフティング(hot pressed gas grafting)疎水化処理設備を利用して、PVAコーティング耐熱水性紙を製造した。
クアップ(pick up)量を8g/m2に調整した。脂肪酸塩化物としては、パルミトイルクロライド(palmitoyl chloride:C16)とテアロイルクロライド(stearoylchloride、C18)を、5:5で混合した製品を使った。前記PVAコーティング白剥離紙の原紙に、前記脂肪酸塩化物をアニロックス(
anilox)ローラーで塗布量1.3g/m2だけ塗布した。アニロックス(anilox)ローラー、すなわち、グラビア(gravure)ローラーの温度は、60℃に固定したのであり、乾燥ローラーの温度は200℃に調整した。エアナイフフラッシング(air knife flushing)用の高温空気(hot air)の温度は300℃とした。前記処理条件の下、設備の運転速度を50m/minに固定して疎水化処理を行った。
って、ピックアップ(pick up)量を8g/m2に調整した。塩化脂肪酸は、パルミトイルクロライド(plmitoylchloride)(C16)とステアリルクロライド(stearoylchloride)(C18)が5:5で混合した製品を使用し、アニロックス(anilox)ローラーで塗布量を1.3g/m2にて1回適用することでトータルで1.3g/m2だけ塗布した。アニロックス(anilox)ローラー、すなわち、グラビア(gravure)ローラーの温度は、60℃に固定した。乾燥ローラー2個の温度は200℃に調整し、エアナイフフラッシング(air knife flushing)高温空気(hot air)の温度は300℃に調整した。前記処理条件の下、設備の運転速度を50m/minに固定して疎水化処理を行った。
Claims (9)
- 基材を連続的に供給するアンワインダー(unwinder)部(10);
前記基材における水酸基が露出した表面を加熱する乾燥部(20);
炭素数6ないし22個の脂肪酸塩化物から選択される気相グラフティング試薬を前記水酸基が露出した基材の表面に塗布する塗布ローラー(30);
前記塗布されたグラフティング試薬を前記基材の表面に均等に展開する乾燥ローラー(40)であって、前記グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材の表面を前記乾燥ローラー(40)の表面の側へと誘導するタッチロール(41、42)がさらに備えられる乾燥ローラー(40);
前記気相グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材の外面に沿って位置し、乾燥ローラー(40)を包み込んで、前記気相グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材を前記乾燥ローラー(40)に圧着する非通気性のドライヤーベルト(50);
前記気相グラフティング反応中に生成される塩化水素を除去する換気機(60);
前記基材の表面上における残余の気相グラフティング試薬を除去するエアナイフノズル(70);及び
前記気相グラフティング反応の処理がなされた基材を、巻き取るリワインド(rewinder)部(80)
を含む圧着加熱気相グラフティング(gas grafting)疎水化装置。 - 前記ドライヤーベルト(50)は、気化された前記グラフティング試薬の消散を防止することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の圧着加熱気相グラフティング(gas grafting)疎水化装置。
- 前記ドライヤーベルト(50)は、0.1ないし2kgf/cm2の圧力で前記気相グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材を前記乾燥ローラー(40)の表面に圧着することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の圧着加熱気相グラフティング(gas grafting)疎水化装置。
- 請求項1~3のいずれかの圧着加熱気相グラフティング(gas grafting)疎水化装置を用いることを特徴とする低坪量(坪量が20ないし50g/m 2 )エコ油吸着紙の製造方法。
- 炭素数6ないし22個の脂肪酸塩化物から選択される気相グラフティング試薬を前記水酸基が露出した基材の表面に塗布する塗布段階と、
前記グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材の表面を、加熱された乾燥ローラー(40)の表面の側へと誘導する段階と、
前記乾燥ローラー(40)を包み込むようにして、前記気相グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材の外面に沿って位置する非通気性のドライヤーベルト(50)でもって、前記気相グラフティング試薬が塗布された基材を前記乾燥ローラー(40)に圧着する段階とを含むことを特徴とする低坪量エコ油吸着紙の製造方法。 - 前記ドライヤーベルト(50)は、0.1ないし2kgf/cm2の圧力で前記基材を前記乾燥ローラー(40)の表面に圧着することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の低坪量エコ油吸着紙の製造方法。
- 前記基材として、坪量が20ないし50g/m2である低坪量紙の一枚重ねを用いることを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の低坪量エコ油吸着紙の製造方法。
- 単位面積あたりの、脂肪酸塩化物の密度が100ないし300mg/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の低坪量エコ油吸着紙の製造方法。
- 前記低坪量エコ油吸着紙は、1800秒間での冷水に対する吸収度(cobb 1800 サイズ度)が0.2ないし0.4g/m2であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の低坪量エコ油吸着紙の製造方法。
