Description
Claims (11)
- ユーザによる手持ち操作に対して構成されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、超音波エネルギを発生するように構成され、超音波増幅器及び前記超音波増幅器の近位に配置されたバッキングプレートを有する超音波アセンブリと、
前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記超音波エネルギを発生するように前記超音波アセンブリに電力供給するように前記超音波アセンブリに結合されたバッテリと、
患者の体内に配置されるように構成された可撓性細長部材であって、前記可撓性細長部材が、近位部分、遠位部分、及び前記近位部分と前記遠位部分との間に延在する第1の内腔を有し、前記ハウジングが、前記近位部分に結合される、可撓性細長部材と、
音響送信部材であって、
前記超音波増幅器内の貫通孔を通って延在し、前記バッキングプレート内の凹所内に部分的に受けられ、これにより前記超音波アセンブリに音響結合され、前記超音波エネルギを受けるように構成された近位部分、及び
前記第1の内腔内に延在し、治療を送達するように身体に前記超音波エネルギを送信するように構成された遠位部分、
を有する音響送信部材と、
を有する、治療用超音波装置。 - 前記超音波アセンブリが、圧電性マイクロマシン超音波トランスデューサ(PMUT)、容量性マイクロマシン超音波トランスデューサ(CMUT)、チタン酸ジルコン酸鉛(PZT)トランスデューサ、PZT複合材料トランスデューサ、又はこれらの組み合わせを有する、請求項1に記載の治療用超音波装置。
- 前記超音波アセンブリが、前記超音波増幅器の周囲に配置された複数の圧電コンポーネントのスタックを有する、請求項1に記載の治療用超音波装置。
- 前記複数の圧電コンポーネントの各々が、ドーナツ形であり、前記複数の圧電コンポーネントの他のものとは異なる中心周波数を含む、請求項3に記載の治療用超音波装置。
- 前記超音波アセンブリが、1kHz乃至5MHzの調整可能な中心周波数範囲を有する、請求項1に記載の治療用超音波装置。
- 前記ハウジング上に配置され、オンに切り替えられる場合に、前記超音波アセンブリをオンにするように構成されたスイッチを更に有する、請求項1に記載の治療用超音波装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、ハブを更に有し、前記ハブを介して前記可撓性細長部材の近位部分に結合される、
請求項1に記載の治療用超音波装置。 - 前記ハブに結合され、前記可撓性細長部材の前記第1の内腔と流体連通するアクセス内腔を有する第1のアクセスポート、
を更に有する、請求項7に記載の治療用超音波装置。 - 前記治療用超音波装置が、前記ハブに結合された第2のアクセスポートを更に有し、前記第2のアクセスポートが、前記可撓性細長部材の第2の内腔と流体連通するアクセス内腔を有し、前記第2の内腔が、前記可撓性細長部材の近位部分と遠位部分との間に、前記第1の内腔に平行に延在する、
請求項7に記載の治療用超音波装置。 - 前記ハブの近位であり、前記音響送信部材を音響結合するように構成された結合コンポーネントを更に有する、請求項7に記載の治療用超音波装置。
- 前記結合コンポーネントが、コレットヘッド、Oリング、クランプ、又はキー付きインタフェースを有する、請求項10に記載の治療用超音波装置。
