Description
第一の液体を均一な流速で液体吐出ピペットチップ110の出口端112から排出するように制御する場合に、生成された微小液滴199の体積を均一にすることは、微小液滴199が等時間間隔に液体吐出ピペットチップ110の出口端112から脱落されるということを条件としてなされる。
Claims (3)
- 微小液滴敷き詰め方法であって、
開口を有し、第二の液体を貯留する微小液滴の容器を提供するステップS311と、
密度が前記第二の液体よりも大きく、かつ、前記第二の液体と互いに溶解されない第一の液体を提供し、前記第一の液体により複数の微小液滴を生成し、前記微小液滴の容器の底板に積み重ね、前記複数の微小液滴が前記微小液滴の容器の底板に多層の微小液滴を形成するステップS312と、
前記多層の微小液滴中の 前記複数の微小液滴が前記微小液滴の容器の底板に敷き詰められるように、温度制御装置により、前記複数の微小液滴を温度昇降して高低温で循環させて、単層の微小液滴を形成するステップS313と、を含み、
前記温度制御装置は、
フレキシブル回路基板(220)と、
対向配置される第一の表面(241)及び第二の表面(242)を含み、前記フレキシブル回路基板(220)と間隔配置される加熱基板(240)と、
前記フレキシブル回路基板(220)と前記第一の表面(241)との間に配置された複数の半導体熱電対(230)であって、互いに直列接続され、並列接続され、又は、直並列接続される複数の半導体熱電対(230)とを含む、ことを特徴とする 微小液滴敷き詰め方法。 - 前記ステップS312は、
出口端を有し、第一の液体を貯留する液体吐出ピペットチップを提供するステップS3122と、
前記液体吐出ピペットチップの出口端を前記第二の液体の液面下に挿入し、周期的に変化する速度で運動するようにし、速度が変化している周期の前半及び後半に、前記液体吐出ピペットチップの出口端の速度がいずれも単調に変化するステップS3124と、
前記液体吐出ピペットチップの出口端が周期的に変化する運動に基づいて、前記第一の液体を前記液体吐出ピペットチップの出口端から排出し、前記第二の液体の液面下で複数の微小液滴を形成し、前記微小液滴の容器の底板に積み重ねるステップS3126と、を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微小液滴敷き詰め方法。 - 前記ステップS313には、
前記複数の微小液滴を昇温するステップS3131と、
前記複数の微小液滴を降温するステップS3133と、
前記複数の微小液滴が前記微小液滴の容器の底板に敷き詰められるまで、前記複数の微小液滴への温度昇降を複数循環するステップS3135と、を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微小液滴敷き詰め方法。
