Description
[0001] 本出願は、参照によりその全体が本明細書に援用される、2015年9月29日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/234,441号の優先権及び利益を主張する。
Claims (12)
- 患者の血管を評価するための血管内処理システムであって、前記血管内処理システムは、
1つ又は複数の血管内圧力検知デバイス及び表示デバイスに通信可能に結合された処理システムを備え、前記処理システムは、
患者の血管内に位置決めされた1つ又は複数の血管内圧力検知器具によって得られる圧力測定値を受信し、
前記表示デバイスに、所望の圧力フィールド、最小圧力フィールド及び処置オプションフィールドを含む画面表示を出力し、
前記所望の圧力フィールドを介して、前記血管の所望の圧力値を示す第1のユーザ入力を受信し、
前記処置オプションフィールドを介して、処置オプションのセットを選択する第2のユーザ入力を受信し、
前記第2のユーザ入力に応じて、及び受信した前記圧力測定値に基づいて、前記処置オプションのセットの各処置オプションから生じる修正された前記血管の圧力値の各々を決定し、
1つ又は複数の処置オプションに対応する前記修正された前記血管の圧力値の各々に基づいて、最小圧力値を満たす前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションを前記処置オプションのセットから特定し、
前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションを評価するために、前記表示デバイスに出力する画面表示を更新し、
更新された前記画面表示は、前記所望の圧力値の視覚表現、前記最小圧力フィールドに関連する最小圧力値の視覚表現、前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションの視覚表現、及び前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションに対応する前記修正された前記血管の圧力値の各々を含む、血管内処理システム。 - 前記処理システムは、更に、前記圧力測定値と同時に得られる血管造影データを受信する、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションの前記視覚表現は、前記血管造影データに基づく血管造影画像上へのグラフィックオーバーレイを含む、請求項2に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記受信した圧力測定値は、近位圧力測定値及び遠位圧力測定値を含み、前記所望の圧力値は、圧力比である、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記第2のユーザ入力は、前記処置オプションのセットに対応する1つ又は複数の処置タイプを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 1つ又は複数の処置タイプは、血管形成術、ステント、冠動脈バイパス移植術、アブレーション、又は調剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- ステントを示す前記第2のユーザ入力に応じて、前記処理システムは、さらに血管内のステント配備場所を特定することに基づいて、前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションを特定する、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- ステントを示す前記第2のユーザ入力に応じて、前記処理システムは、さらにステント長、ステント直径及びステント材料からなる群から選択された少なくとも1つのステントパラメータを特定することに基づいて、前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションを特定する、請求項7に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記処理システムは、前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションの少なくとも1つを行った後に、前記患者の血管内に位置決めされた1つ又は複数の血管内圧力検知器具によって得られる更なる圧力測定値を受信する、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記処理システムは、前記更なる圧力測定値に基づく圧力値が、前記患者の血管のための前記所望の圧力値を満たすか否かを判断し、前記所望の圧力値は、近位圧力測定値に対する遠位圧力測定値の圧力比の閾値である、請求項9に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記処理システムは、前記最小圧力フィールドを介して、前記最小圧力値を示す第3のユーザ入力を受信する、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
- 前記処理システムは、前記画面表示を介して、前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションの1つを選択する第4のユーザ入力を受信し、
選択された前記1つ又は複数の処置オプションの1つの視覚的表現を含むように、前記表示デバイスに出力する画面表示を更新する、請求項1に記載の血管内処理システム。
