上記アダプタアセンブリの上記遠位部分に対し選択的に連結可能なアンビルアセンブリであって、上記リロードに対して相対的に移動可能な上記アンビルアセンブリと、を具備する上記外科用装置において、上記コントローラが、上記アンビルを移動する上記モーターを制御するように構成され、それにより、第1のセグメントでは第1の速度で第2のセグメントでは第2の速度で上記アンビルと上記リロードとの間の組織が圧縮されるようになっていて、上記第2の速度が上記第1の速度よりも低速である、外科用装置。

上記コントローラが、上記測定された歪みに基づいて上記環状ステープルプッシャーを移動する上記モーターを制御するように構成される、外科用装置。

本開示は、電気機械式外科用装置および外科リロードを使用して電気的に且つ機械的に相互接続するアダプタアセンブリと、外科リロードをハンドヘルド電気機械式外科用装置に接続するためのハンドヘルド電気機械式外科用装置と、アダプタアセンブリと、を具備する外科システムに関する。
- アダプタアセンブリ200内のトロカールアセンブリ270が存在するかどうか、また正しく係合しているかどうかを特定する。
- 較正中にアンビルアセンブリ510が存在するかどうかを特定する。
- 長手方向に延在しているリロード400の畝部416とトロカール部材274のスプラインとの位置合わせがずれているかどうかを特定する。
- 以前にタイル状アンビルアセンブリ510が再型締めされていたかどうかを特定する。
- リロード400が締結または閉鎖中に障害物が存在するかどうかを特定する。
- アンビルアセンブリ510が存在するかどうか、またトロカール部材274と接続されているかどうかを特定する。
- リロード400内に配設されている組織が圧縮される様子をモニターし制御する。
- リロード400の内部に型締めされた組織が経時的に弛緩する様子をモニターする。
- リロード400からステープルが発射する様子をモニターし制御する。

- リロード400からステープルがイジェクトされた際、ステープルの形成(例えば、ステープルのクリンプハイト)を、組織の様々な徴候に合わせて最適化する。
- リロード400環状ナイフ444が発射する様子をモニターし制御する。
- 発射および切断手順の完了をモニターし制御する。
- 最大の発射力をモニターし、発射および切断手順を制御することによって、所定の最大発射力を超えるのを防ぐ。

- 外科用装置であって、前記外科用装置は、
第1のストレージ装置を含むアダプタアセンブリと、
前記アダプタアセンブリの遠位部分に結合するように構成されているエンドエフェクタであって、前記エンドエフェクタは、第2のストレージ装置を含む、エンドエフェクタと、
前記アダプタアセンブリの近位部分に結合するように構成されているハンドルアセンブリと
を備え、
前記ハンドルアセンブリは、
電源と、
前記電源に結合されているモーターであって、前記モーターは、前記アダプタアセンブリまたは前記エンドエフェクタのうちの少なくとも1つを作動するように構成されている、モーターと、
コントローラと
を備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1のストレージ装置および前記第2のストレージ装置と連通することと、
前記外科用装置の現在の操作シーケンスを示すリカバリコードを前記第1のストレージ装置に書き込むことと
を行うように構成されている、外科用装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記モーターに動作可能に結合されており、前記コントローラは、前記アダプタアセンブリまたは前記エンドエフェクタのうちの少なくとも1つが前記モーターによって作動されている間に、前記モーターを較正するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第1のストレージ装置および前記第2のストレージ装置に対してデータの読み出しおよび書き込みを行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記データは、使用カウントを含む、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記コントローラによってアクセス可能なメモリーを含み、前記コントローラは、前記リカバリコードを前記メモリーに書き込むように構成されている、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記アダプタアセンブリまたは前記ハンドルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つは、外科的処置中に置換可能であり、前記アダプタアセンブリまたは前記ハンドルアセンブリのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記リカバリコードに基づいて前記外科的処置を再開するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の外科用装置。
