Description
潤滑油は、潤滑油の質量に基づいて少なくとも90質量%の基油を含み、基油の質量に基づいて少なくとも70質量%はGTL基油であり、
GTL基油の100℃での粘度は、2~20cStであり、
潤滑油は、潤滑油の質量に基づいて10質量%未満の添加剤を含み、
潤滑油の40℃での粘度は、20~100cStであり、
放気が、ASTM D3427に従って計測され、70質量%未満のGTL基油を含む潤滑油を使用して達成される放気と比較して向上される。
11の異なる基油混合物を、以下の3つの基油の組み合わせを用いて調製した。
1)XHVI 8(100℃でおよそ8cStの動粘度を有するShellから入手可能なフィッシャー・トロプシュ派生油)
2)Yubase 8(100℃でおよそ8cStの動粘度を有するSK Lubricantsから入手可能なグループIIIの基油)
3)Chevron 220 R(100℃でおよそ8cStの動粘度を有するChevronから入手可能なグループIIの基油)
放気時間は、一般的に添加剤の追加でより悪化すると考えられる。本発明に従って完全に配合された油圧油が放気における変化に耐えることを証明するために、XHVI 8(100℃でおよそ8cStの粘度を有するShellから入手可能なフィッシャー・トロプシュ派生油)及び以下のいずれかの異なる量を用いて混合物を調製した。
1)添加剤パッケージ1(無灰添加剤パッケージ)
2)添加剤パッケージ2(亜鉛系添加剤)
表2は、各添加剤パッケージにおける(混合物の総量に基づいた質量%で表示された)混合物のXHVI 8との構成及び対応する放気時間を示す。
Claims (5)
- 油圧系内の潤滑油の放気を向上させる方法であって、前記方法は、前記油圧系に前記潤滑油を供給することを含み、
前記潤滑油は、前記潤滑油の質量に基づいて少なくとも90質量%の基油を含み、前記基油の質量に基づいて少なくとも70質量%はGTL基油であり、前記基油はグループI、グループII、またはグループIIIから選択される非GTL基油を少なくとも10質量%含み、
前記GTL基油の100℃での粘度は、2~20cStであり、
前記潤滑油は、前記潤滑油の前記質量に基づいて10質量%未満の添加剤を含み、
前記潤滑油の40℃での粘度は、20~100cStであり、
ASTM D3427に従って計測される放気が、前記GTL基油がグループI、グループII、またはグループIIIから選択される非GTL基油に置き換えられることにより70質量%未満のGTL基油を含み、粘度が等しく、同じ添加剤を含有する比較用潤滑油を使用して達成される放気と比較して、向上される、前記方法。 - 前記GTL基油の100℃での粘度が、3~10cStである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑油は、前記潤滑油の前記質量に基づいて5質量%未満の添加剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑油は、前記潤滑油の前記質量に基づいて少なくとも0.5質量%の添加剤を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑油の40℃での粘度が、25~80cStである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
