Description
a)ポリカーボネートジオール、
b)鎖延長剤としての脂肪族または脂環式ジアミンまたはヒドラジン、および
c)脂肪族、脂環式、または芳香族ジイソシアネート。
a)600~4000g/mol、特に好ましくは1000~3000g/molの分子量を有する少なくとも一種のマクロジオール(ポリエーテルジオール、ポリエステルジオール、もしくはポリカーボネートジオール)、または少なくとも二種の前記マクロジオール成分の混合物、または前記マクロジオールの一種と、50~500g/molの分子量を有する短鎖脂肪族ジオールの混合物であって、マクロジオール1モルあたり0.2~0.5molの短鎖脂肪族ジオールが加えられ、但し少なくとも一種のポリカーボネートジオールが使用される混合物、
b)いわゆる鎖延長剤としての、マクロジオール1モルあたり0.5~2.0molの脂肪族または脂環式ジアミンまたはヒドラジン、および
c)マクロジオール1モルあたり、1.5~3.0molの脂肪族、脂環式、または芳香族ジイソシアネート、好ましくは脂肪族または脂環式ジイソシアネート。
コハク酸、アジピン酸、セバシン酸、フタル酸、イソフタル酸、トリメリット酸、無水フタル酸、テトラヒドロ無水フタル酸、ヘキサヒドロ無水フタル酸、テトラクロロ無水フタル酸、グルタル酸無水物、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、フマル酸、またはテレフタル酸ジメチル。
1)発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含んでなる基材を準備すること、
2)ポリウレタン尿素がポリカーボネート構造単位を含んでなり、少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなるポリウレタン尿素溶液を、工程1)の前記基材の少なくとも一部に適用すること(applying)、
3)コーティングを得るために工程2)の前記ポリウレタン尿素溶液を硬化させること、ならびに
4)所望により(optionally)、工程2)および3)を少なくとも1回繰り返し、工程2)を繰り返す場合に、工程3)または繰り返された工程3)で得られた硬化コーティングに、少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなるポリウレタン尿素溶液を適用すること。
Claims (15)
- 基材としての、発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子が融合してなる発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンと、前記基材の少なくとも一部にコーティングとを含んでなる物品であって、前記コーティングが少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなるポリウレタン尿素溶液の硬化物からなり、前記ポリウレタン尿素がポリカーボネート構造単位を含んでなる、物品。
- 前記発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンが少なくとも一種のポリエーテルを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンが少なくとも一種の潤滑剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記少なくとも一種の潤滑剤が、タルク、金属化合物、シリカ、C10-C22カルボン酸の塩、C10-C22カルボン酸のエステル、シリコーンオイル、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、またはそれらの少なくとも二種の組み合わせからなる群より選択される、請求項3に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリウレタン尿素が少なくとも下記の遊離体の反応によって得られる、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の物品:
a)ポリカーボネートジオール、
b)鎖延長剤としての脂肪族または脂環式ジアミンまたはヒドラジン、および
c)脂肪族、脂環式、または芳香族ジイソシアネート。 - 前記ポリウレタン尿素がアルコキシシラン構造単位を含んでなる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記少なくとも一種の有機溶媒が、トルエン、イソプロパノール、1-メトキシプロパン-2-オール、1-メトキシプロピルアセテート、γ-ブチロラクトン、プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、2-ブタノン、酢酸エチル、およびそれらの少なくとも二種の組み合わせからなる群より選択される請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリウレタン尿素溶液が少なくとも一種の着色剤をさらに含んでなる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリウレタン尿素溶液が少なくとも一種のポリイソシアネートをさらに含んでなる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 靴底、シート、例えば自動車のシートもしくはチャイルドシート、チューブ、例えば自転車のチューブ、ロール、例えばキャビンロール、バンパー、例えば自動車のバンパー、クッション、およびマットレス、またはそれらの少なくとも2つの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の前記物品を含んでなる、履物。
- 下記の工程:
1)発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子が融合してなる発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含んでなる基材を準備すること、
2)少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなるポリウレタン尿素溶液を、工程1)の前記基材の少なくとも一部に適用すること、ここで、ポリウレタン尿素がポリカーボネート構造単位を含んでなる、3)コーティングを得るために工程2)の前記ポリウレタン尿素溶液を硬化させること、ならびに4)所望により、工程2)および3)を少なくとも1回繰り返し、工程2)を繰り返す場合に、工程3)または繰り返された工程3)で得られた硬化コーティングに、少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなるポリウレタン尿素溶液を適用することを含んでなる、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の前記物品の製造方法。 - 工程2)において、少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなる前記水性ポリウレタン尿素溶液が、ブラッシング、スプレー、ローリング、ロールコーティング、スロットコーティング、浸漬、および/または印刷により基材に適用される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 工程2)においてかつ/または工程2)を繰り返す場合に使用される前記ポリウレタン尿素溶液が、DIN EN ISO3219/A.3に準拠して50~40000mPasの粘度を有する、請求項12または13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン粒子が融合してなる発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含んでなる基材の装飾コーティングのための、少なくとも一種の有機溶媒を含んでなるポリウレタン尿素溶液の使用であって、前記ポリウレタン尿素がポリカーボネート構造単位を含んでなる使用。
