[式中、各モノマー単位(M1、M2、D1、D2など)は独立して選択されたR10-R17基を有し、これは、水素、ヒドロキシル、直鎖状または分岐アルキル基、アルコール、直鎖状または分岐アルコキシ基、アリール基、アルキルビニル基、アミド、アミノ基、アクリロイル基、カルボニル基、シリルオキシ(例えばアルコキシシラン)基、イソシアニル基、メルカプト基(例えばメルカプトプロピル)、エポキシ含有(例えばグリシジル)基または式1の二環式基から選ばれ、ここで少なくとも1つのR10-17基(M、D、T、Q単位を問わず)は式1の二環式分子であり;aは0-1000であり、bは0-500であり、cは0-500であり、dは0-100であり、eは0-100であり、fは0-100であり、gは0-1000であり、hは0-1000であり、iは0から200であり、ここで、いずれか特定の実施形態の少なくとも2つの下付き添字は正の整数である。]の一般的構造のものである。

[式中、M、D、TおよびQは上に記載される。]を含むがこれらに限定されない式3の直鎖状または樹脂質の変形によって記載されてもよい。上記の実施形態において、「vi」はビニル基を表し、「†」は式1の高屈折率分子を表し、Mviはジアルキルビニルモノシロキシを表し、D†は二環式化合物を含有するモノマー単位を表し、ここでR13およびR14の基の一方または両方は式1の二環式化合物であり、DHはアルキルヒドロゲンシロキシを表し、Dviはアルキルビニルシロキシを表す。なお別の実施形態において、シロキサンポリマーは、MQ、MT、MDT、MDQ、MDTQ、TQ、DTまたはDQ樹脂から選ばれてもよく、ここで、樹脂はT†単位、M†単位、D†単位、またはその2種以上の組み合わせを含む。一実施形態において、†基はノルボルニル基であってもよい。二環式修飾シロキサンポリマーの重合度は特に限定されず、特定の目的または意図した使用のために要望に応じて選択することができる。一実施形態において、ポリマーは1から約10,000の反復単位を含むことができる。一実施形態において、aは約0から約2000であり、bは約0から約1000であり、cは約0から約1000であり、dは約0から約1000であり、eおよびfは約0から100であり、gは0から50であり、jは0から1000である。
シクロテトラシロキサンを表し、DPh 4は、Si原子上のアルキル基を置き換えるフェニル基を含むシクロテトラシロキサンを表し、DPh2 4は、Si原子に結合した2個のフェニル基を含むシクロテトラシロキサンを表し、Da、DH c、Dvi j、M、MHおよびMviは先に記載した様々なシロキサンモノマーを表す。]を含むがこれらに限定されない。繰り返し単位a、cおよびjは正の整数である。

Claims (16)
- 式(1):
[式中、R1-R7は、H、C1-C12アルキル、-CO2R’および-(CH2)n-Bから独立して選ばれ;nは0-12であり;BはOR’、SR’、NR1R2であり;R’はC1-C12アルキルであり;AはCH2、NR'、S、SOまたはSO2からである。]の飽和架橋二環式基で修飾されたシリコン含有材料であって、
前記シリコン含有材料が、
式4のシロキサン(i):
[式中、R10は、メチル、ビニル、アルコキシ、アルコール、水素、ハロゲン、メルカプト、アミノおよびエポキシ基から独立して選ばれ;R11、R12、R13、R14、R15、R17およびR18は、同一または異なる非置換または置換一価脂肪族炭化水素基、芳香族基、アルコキシ、メルカプト、イソシアニル、アミノ、アクリロイル、カルボニル、シリルオキシおよびエポキシ基から独立して選ばれ;R16は、式1の二環式化合物、または非置換もしくは置換一価炭化水素基から選ばれ;a、b、c、eおよびjは、c単位およびj単位の両方が式4のシロキサン中に存在しないようj>0であるときc=0、c>0であるときj=0であることを条件として正の整数であり;aは1から1000であり、bは1から500であり、cは0から500であり、eは1-500であり、jは0-500である]のもの、又は

[式中、R10、R11、R12、R13、及びR14は、水素、ヒドロキシル、または直鎖状もしくは分岐アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、直鎖状もしくは分岐アルコキシ基、分岐もしくは直鎖状アルケニル基、シクロアルケニル基、直鎖状もしくは分岐アルキニル基、アリール基、置換アリール基から選択される1-30の炭素原子を含有する基、アミド、アミノ基、プロピルメルカプト基、シリルオキシ基、エポキシ含有基、アクリロイル基、イソシアニル基、カルボニル基、又は式(1)の二環式基であって、R10、R11、R12、R13、及びR14のうち少なくともいずれかは式(1)の二環式基であり;
R16は式(1)の二環式基、もしくは非置換または置換一価炭化水素基から選択され;
R19は一価炭化水素基であり;
aは0-1000であり、bは1-500であり、ここで、少なくとも2つの下付き添字は正の整数であり、単位dは1-500である]のもの、
から選択される直鎖シロキサンである、シリコン含有材料。 - 式1のビシクロ(2,2,1)基がシリコン原子に結合したノルボルニル基である、請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料。
- R10が水素である、請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料。
- R10がビニル基である、請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料。
- 前記式(1)の飽和架橋二環式基が、ノルボルニル基であり、シリコン含有材料が1重量パーセントから90重量パーセントのノルボルニル含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料。
- 0.1重量パーセントから40重量パーセントの芳香族含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料。
- 前記シロキサンがいかなる芳香族基も含まない、請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料。
- 請求項1-7のいずれかに記載のシリコン含有材料、および前記シリコン含有材料と反応する化合物を含み、前記シリコン含有材料と反応する前記化合物が、架橋剤および金属触媒である、硬化性組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が、飽和架橋二環式基で修飾された第2のシリコン含有材料であり、前記第2のシリコン含有材料は、前記シリコン含有材料と同じまたは異なっている、請求項8に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が、ノルボルニル官能性シロキサン、シクロシロキサン、そのコポリマーまたはその2種以上の組み合わせから選ばれる、請求項8に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 抗酸化剤、熱安定剤、紫外線安定剤、接着促進剤、阻害薬、充填剤、開始剤またはその2種以上の組み合わせをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記金属触媒は 白金族金属触媒であり、前記白金族金属触媒は1から100ppmの濃度で存在する、請求項8に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記硬化性組成物が、UV硬化性、縮合硬化性、アミン硬化性、熱硬化性またはその2種以上の組み合わせである、請求項8に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 請求項8に記載の前記組成物から形成された硬化物品であって、前記物品が、電子部品においてまたは半導体デバイスと組み合わせて、LED封止剤、光導波路、光学レンズ、光学的結合材料、光学的接着剤、光学フィルムまたはシート、積層フィルムまたはシートとして使用される、硬化物品。
- 請求項1に記載のシリコン含有材料を含む組成物であって、前記組成物は、パーソナルケア用途であり、着色化粧用調合物中の添加剤として有用である、組成物。
