Description
Claims (7)
- 閉塞物除去デバイスであって、
血管系にアクセス可能とするサイズで形成された押圧具であって、該押圧具の先端部と、該押圧具の基端部との間で延伸する押圧具管腔を有する、押圧具と、
前記血管系内の血栓を捕捉するよう構成された複数の係合部材であって、前記複数の係合部材のそれぞれが多数のセルまたは開口を規定する複数の支柱を含み、前記複数の係合部材の最も基端側の係合部材が前記押圧具の先端部に接続されている、前記複数の係合部材と、
前記押圧具管腔内に位置し、前記押圧具の前記先端部から延伸し、前記複数の係合部材の最も先端側の係合部材に接続されており、さらに、前記押圧具の前記基端部を超えて延伸する長尺要素であって、前記複数の係合部材に膨張形状または潰れ形状を取らせるよう、前記押圧具に対して長尺方向に移動可能な、長尺要素と、
前記長尺要素が、前記押圧具に対して動くことを選択的に防止することにより、前記複数の係合部材を、前記膨張形状または前記潰れ形状の少なくとも1つでロックするロック機構と、を含み、
前記ロック機構は、前記長尺要素に固定され、さらに、前記複数の係合部材のそれぞれ内に位置する固定具を含み、前記固定具は、並んで配置され、さらに、(1)前記複数の係合部材の前記複数の支柱の基端側支柱と係合して前記複数の係合部材を前記膨張形状でロックし、(2)前記複数の係合部材の前記複数の支柱の先端側支柱と係合して前記複数の係合部材を前記潰れ形状でロックするよう構成された複数の凹部を有する、閉塞物除去デバイス。 - 前記長尺要素は、前記押圧具および前記複数の係合部材の双方に渡っている請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 前記押圧具の前記基端部の近くに配置され、前記押圧具に対する前記長尺要素の動きを防止するために、前記長尺要素と選択的に係合可能なコレットをさらに含む請求項1の閉塞物除去デバイス。
- 閉塞物除去システムであって、
搬送デバイス外において膨張形状を取り、前記搬送デバイス内において潰れ形状を取る複数の係合部材と、
前記複数の係合部材の最も基端側の係合部材に接続された先端部を有する押圧チューブであって、さらに、内部に管腔を有する前記押圧チューブと、
前記押圧チューブに渡っており、前記複数の係合部材に、前記搬送デバイス外において前記膨張形状または前記潰れ形状を取らせるよう、前記押圧チューブとは独立して移動可能な、長尺の形状制御部と、
前記押圧チューブに対する前記形状制御部の動きを選択的に固定し、これにより、前記搬送デバイス外において前記複数の係合部材の形状をロックするロック機構と、を含み、
前記長尺の形状制御部は、前記複数の係合部材の最も先端側の係合部材に接続されており、さらに、前記複数の係合部材の全ての形状を制御し、
前記ロック機構は、前記長尺の形状制御部の外側に取り付けられた複数の構造を備えており、前記複数の構造の各々は、前記係合部材のうちの別々の一つの中に置かれて該一つの係合部材に一時的に接触するように構成されている、閉塞物除去システム。 - 前記長尺の形状制御部は、前記押圧チューブおよび前記複数の係合部材の双方に渡っている請求項4の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記搬送デバイスは、マイクロカテーテルである請求項4の閉塞物除去システム。
- 前記押圧チューブの基端部の近くに配置され、さらに、前記押圧チューブに対する前記長尺の形状制御部の動きを防止するために、前記長尺の形状制御部と選択的に係合可能なコレットをさらに含む請求項4の閉塞物除去システム。
