Claims (5)
- 螺旋状の外面溝を有するねじ軸と、
前記ねじ軸が嵌められ、螺旋状の内面溝及び戻し路を有し、前記外面溝と前記内面溝との間に形成される通路が前記戻し路に繋がるナットと、
前記通路と前記戻し路に配置される複数の転動体と、
前記ナットの外面に貼り付けられるひずみセンサと、を備え、
前記ひずみセンサが貼り付けられる前記ナットの貼付け面及び/又はその近傍と前記ナットの内面との間に少なくとも1つの穴を設ける予圧検知可能なねじ装置。 - 前記ねじ装置の予圧が、前記通路よりも大きい前記転動体を使用するオーバーサイズボール予圧であり、
前記ひずみセンサが前記ナットの少なくとも円周方向のひずみを検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予圧検知可能なねじ装置。 - 前記ねじ装置の予圧が、前記ナットの前記内面溝の一部を前記ナットの前記内面溝の他の一部に対して前記ナットの軸方向にオフセットさせるオフセット予圧であり、
前記ひずみセンサが前記ナットの軸方向のひずみを検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予圧検知可能なねじ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの穴が互いに平行で隣接する少なくとも2つの穴であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の予圧検知可能なねじ装置。
- 前記ひずみセンサが前記ナットの前記外面の平取り部に貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の予圧検知可能なねじ装置。
