エトキシ含有率: 16.4重量%、
シラノール含有率: 0.8重量%、
PhSiO3/2含有率: 53.7重量%、
MeSiO3/2含有率: 16.0重量%、
Me2SiO2/2含有率: 13.1重量%、
粘度: 310mm2/秒
Mw: 8200g/mol

MeSiO3/2含有率: 19.5重量%、
Me2SiO2/2含有率: 10.3重量%、
粘度: 8930mm2/秒
Mw: 1660g/mol
Mn: 1020g/mol
PD: 1.6。

Claims (5)
- 分枝オルガノポリシロキサンを製造する方法であって、
第1の工程では、少なくとも1種のアルコキシシランが、任意でアルコールと混合される塩基性触媒の存在下で、少なくとも1種のポリジオルガノシロキサンと平衡化され、
第2の工程では、第1の工程で得られた平衡物が、酸性触媒及び任意にアルコールの存在下で、水及び任意で他の有機ケイ素化合物と加水分解され、縮合され、
ただし、第2の工程では、平衡物の量に基づいて、1重量%以下の量の炭化水素が存在する、方法。 - 前記アルコキシシランが次式のものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。

Rは同じであっても異なっていてもよく、一価のSiC結合した任意で置換される炭化水素基であり、
R1は同じであっても異なっていてもよく、水素原子又は1~4個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基であり、
nは0又は1である。] - ポリジオルガノシロキサンが次式の単位からなる線状又は環状シロキサンであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。

[式中、
Rは同じであっても異なっていてもよく、一価のSiC結合した任意で置換される炭化水素基であり、
R2は同じであっても異なっていてもよく、水素原子又は1~4個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基であり、
cは2又は3に等しく、
dは0又は1に等しく、
ただしc+dの合計は3以下であり、cは式(I)の全単位の少なくとも50%において2の値を有する。] - 第2の工程において、使用される式(II)のアルコキシシランのアルコキシ基1モルに基づいて、水が0.3モル~0.6モルの量で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- さらなる有機ケイ素化合物が第2の工程で使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法(方法変形例b)。
