Claims (18)
- 加圧式定量吸入器(pMDI)であって:
ブーツ状ハウジング;
前記ブーツ状ハウジング内に受けられた薬剤を含む薬剤キャニスタ;
前記ブーツ状ハウジングの上部に付属し、前記薬剤キャニスタを隠すトップカバー;および、
前記トップカバーの下に位置する監視モジュール、を備え、
前記監視モジュールは:
センサポートを備えるマイクロエレクトロメカニカルシステム(MEMS)またはナノエレクトロメカニカルシステム(NEMS)圧力センサを備え、前記センサポートは、前記pMDIの流路に通気連結されるように構成されており、前記流路を通じてユーザは吸入することができ;さらに、
前記MEMSまたはNEMS圧力センサの検出素子からデータを受信するように構成されたプロセッサ;および、
前記データをユーザ装置に送信するように構成された無線トランスミッタ、を備える、
pMDI。 - 前記監視モジュールは、さらに、配向センサを備え、
前記プロセッサは、さらに、前記配向センサからのフィードバックに基づいて、前記pMDIが使用のために準備されたことを判定するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のpMDI。 - 前記MEMSまたはNEMS圧力センサは、MEMSまたはNEMS気圧センサを備え、
前記プロセッサは、前記MEMSまたはNEMS気圧センサの前記検出素子からの圧力測定値の移動平均から動的ゼロを測定するように構成されている、
