Claims (3)
- 樹脂製基板と、
前記樹脂製基板に形成された、試料が移動するための流路と、
前記流路の両端に設けられた一対の空気連通口と、
前記流路における前記一対の空気連通口の間に形成された、試料にサーマルサイクルを与えるためのサーマルサイクル領域であって、試料に変性を起こさせる変性領域と、試料にアニーリング・伸長を起こさせるアニーリング・伸長領域と、前記変性領域と前記アニーリング・伸長領域とを接続する接続領域と、を含むサーマルサイクル領域と、
前記流路における前記サーマルサイクル領域と少なくとも一方の前記空気連通口との間に形成された分注が可能な領域と、
前記樹脂製基板の表面と前記分注が可能な領域における流路とを連通する、孔径の異なる複数の孔と、
を備え、
前記複数の孔のうち少なくとも一つの孔から試料が導入され、
前記接続領域は、直線状の流路を含み、
前記変性領域または前記アニーリング・伸長領域は、前記接続領域における直線状の流路と同じ方向の直線状の流路を含み、
前記接続領域における直線状の流路の長さは、前記変性領域または前記アニーリング・伸長領域における直線状の流路の長さよりも長く、
前記一対の空気連通口からの交互の加圧により試料を前記変性領域と前記アニーリング・伸長領域との間で繰り返し往復式に移動させることによって、試料にサーマルサイクルを付与してPCRを起こさせる反応処理装置に用いられることを特徴とする反応処理容器。 - 請求項1の反応処理容器を用いる反応処理方法であって、
前記少なくとも一つの孔と前記分注が可能な領域における流路との間にサーマルサイクルに寄与しない試料が残存することを特徴とする反応処理方法。 - 請求項1の反応処理容器を用いて試料にPCRを生じさせる反応処理装置であって、
前記反応処理容器は、前記樹脂製基板の表面に前記一対の空気連通口を封止するための封止フィルムを備え、
当該反応処理装置は、前記一対の空気連通口に接続する、試料を前記流路内で移動させるためのポンプを備え、
前記ポンプと前記反応処理容器との接続は、前記封止フィルムをニードルで穿孔することによって行われることを特徴とする反応処理装置。
