Claims (8)
- 100重量部の蒸留水又は100重量部の脱イオン水に0.5重量部~5重量部の核酸をパウダー形態で投入することによって混合液を形成する混合段階;
前記混合段階を経た混合液を撹拌する撹拌段階;
完成する核酸フィルムの形態に対応する成形モールドに前記混合液を塗布する混合液塗布段階;及び
前記成形モールドに塗布された前記混合液が前記核酸フィルムに変化するように前記成形モールドに塗布された前記混合液を乾燥させる乾燥段階;を含み、
前記成形モールドには、厚さ方向に向かって陥没する溝部が形成され、
前記乾燥段階を経た前記核酸フィルムには、前記溝部に対応して前記核酸フィルムの一側表面から人体の皮膚に向かって突出する突出部が形成され、
前記乾燥段階後、前記成形モールドから前記核酸フィルムを分離させるフィルム獲得段階;をさらに含む核酸フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記乾燥段階後、前記突出部の端部が露出するように前記核酸フィルムの一側にコーティング層を形成する傾斜蒸着段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の核酸フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記混合液塗布段階前に、前記溝部の端部を除いて前記成形モールドにコーティング層を形成する傾斜蒸着段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の核酸フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記乾燥段階後、前記突出部に対応する部分が開口されるように前記核酸フィルムの他側にコーティング層を形成する傾斜蒸着段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の核酸フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記傾斜蒸着段階後、前記コーティング層を覆うように仕上げ液を塗布する仕上げ塗布段階;及び
前記仕上げ液が仕上げ層に変化するように前記仕上げ液を乾燥させる仕上げ乾燥段階;をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の核酸フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記混合液塗布段階前に、完成する前記核酸フィルムの形態に対応して前記成形モールドを加工するモールド準備段階;及び
前記混合液塗布段階前に、前記成形モールドの表面に対して疎水性処理を施す表面処理段階;のうち少なくともいずれか一つをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の核酸フィルムの製造方法。 - 100重量部の蒸留水又は100重量部の脱イオン水に0.5重量部~5重量部のパウダー形態の核酸及び1重量部~100重量部の液状、パウダー又はカプセルの形態の薬物を投入することによって混合液を形成する混合段階;
前記混合段階を経た混合液を撹拌する撹拌段階;
完成する核酸フィルムの形態に対応する成形モールドに前記混合液を塗布する混合液塗布段階;及び
前記成形モールドに塗布された前記混合液が前記核酸フィルムに変化するように前記成形モールドに塗布された前記混合液を乾燥させる乾燥段階;を含み、
前記成形モールドには、厚さ方向に向かって陥没する溝部が形成され、
前記乾燥段階を経た前記核酸フィルムには、前記溝部に対応して前記核酸フィルムの一側表面から人体の皮膚に向かって突出する突出部が形成され、
前記乾燥段階後、前記成形モールドから前記核酸フィルムを分離させるフィルム獲得段階;をさらに含み、
前記フィルム獲得段階における前記核酸フィルムは、核酸と薬物から構成される核酸フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記核酸は、水産物の加工によって形成される水産加工副産物、及び植物の加工によって形成される農産加工副産物のうち少なくともいずれか一つから抽出される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の核酸フィルムの製造方法。
