Description
図1は、本発明によるシャント抵抗固定構造を有する電子機器の分解斜視図である。図1において、電子機器1は、回路基板2と、上蓋3と、下蓋4と、台座5と、二つの爪6と、シャント抵抗7と、を備える。下蓋4は、筐体の一例であり、爪6は、突出部の一例である。

Claims (8)
- シャント抵抗と電気的に接続されるコネクタと、
前記コネクタと電気的に接続された回路基板と、
前記回路基板を内部に収納し、かつ、シャント抵抗が載置される台座及び前記台座と離間して設けられた突出部を外部に有する筐体と、を有し、
前記突出部は、先端に第1の突起を有し、
前記台座及び前記突出部がシャント抵抗を挟持し、前記第1の突起がシャント抵抗に係合することによって、シャント抵抗が前記コネクタと接続された状態に固定される、
ことを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記突出部は、前記第1の突起がシャント抵抗に係合したときにシャント抵抗を押圧する第2の突起を有する請求項1に記載の電子機器。
- 前記突出部からの前記第1の突起の先端の高さが前記突出部からの前記第2の突起の先端の高さより高い請求項2に記載の電子機器。
- 前記台座及び前記突出部は、前記筐体の上面から見て互いに重ならないように配置されている請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記筐体は、一体的に構成されている請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- 前記筐体は、弾性変形可能な材料によって一体的に構成されている請求項5に記載の電子機器。
- 前記突出部は、弾性変形可能な材料によって構成されている請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電子機器。
- シャント抵抗と電気的に接続されるコネクタと電気的に接続された回路基板を内部に収納する筐体に設けられたシャント抵抗固定構造であって、
シャント抵抗が載置される台座と、
前記台座と離間して設けられた突出部を外部に有する筐体と、
突出部の先端に設けられた突起と、を有し、
前記台座及び前記突出部がシャント抵抗を挟持し、前記突起がシャント抵抗に係合することによって、シャント抵抗が前記コネクタと接続された状態に固定される、
ことを特徴とするシャント抵抗固定構造。
