Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る結合構造および結合金具は、例えば水害発生時の排水における流路の結合に用いることができる。その他にも、消防分野、農業分野、あるいは工場における流路の結合など、種々の場面で本実施形態に係る結合構造および結合金具を利用することができる。
図6は、第2結合金具C2が同形状の他の結合金具と結合された状態を概略的に示す断面図である。ここでは、当該他の結合金具にC2’の符号を付し、その各部に第2結合金具C2と同様の符号を付す。
Claims (5)
- 第1結合金具と第2結合金具の結合構造であって、
前記第1結合金具は、
第1端部を有する円筒形状の第1本体と、
前記第1端部の周囲に配列されるとともにフックが形成された複数の第1突起を有する第1結合部と、
前記第1端部の外周面に設けられた第1シール材と、
を備え、
前記第2結合金具は、
第2端部と、前記第1端部の外径よりも大きい径の流路とを有する円筒形状の第2本体と、
前記第2端部の周囲に配列されるとともにフックが形成された複数の第2突起を有する第2結合部と、
前記第2端部において軸方向に突出する第2シール材と、
を備え、
前記外周面と前記複数の第1突起の間には、前記第2端部の厚さよりも大きい隙間が形成され、
前記第1結合金具と前記第2結合金具の結合時において、前記第2端部および前記第2シール材が前記隙間に挿入されるとともに前記複数の第1突起の前記フックと前記複数の第2突起の前記フックが係合し、前記第1シール材が前記第2本体の内周面に接触する、
結合構造。 - 前記第1本体は、前記外周面に設けられた環状の溝を有し、
前記第1シール材は、前記環状の溝に嵌められたパッキンである、
請求項1に記載の結合構造。 - 前記第1本体の流路の径は、前記第2本体の流路の径よりも小さい、
請求項1または2に記載の結合構造。 - 前記第1端部は、前記軸方向において前記第1突起よりも突出している、
請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項に記載の結合構造。 - 前記第1結合金具は、前記第1本体をポンプの吸水口に接続する接続口をさらに備える、
請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載の結合構造。
