本出願は、米国特許法第119条(e)の定めにより、2015年5月13日に出願した「Localization System and Method Useful in the Acquisition and Analysis of Cardiac Information」という名称の米国仮特許出願第62/161,213号の優先権を主張するものであり、その全体を本願に引用して援用する。
Claims (26)

前記心臓情報の操作卓は、
前記位置特定電極の各対における2つの前記位置特定電極の間の電気的な場を確立するために、大きさおよび位相の両方を有する位置特定信号により前記位置特定電極を駆動し、
前記組織についての操作可能な座標系を確立するために、複数対の前記位置特定電極の電流出力を処理し、ここで前記座標系は、前記電極アレイの表示を修正するために前記軸を回転、縮小、および/または拡大するように操作可能であり、
前記座標系内で前記生体電位電極の方位を測定するように前記生体電位電極により感知および/または記録された生体電位信号を処理する、ように構成される、
ことを特徴とする位置特定システム。 - 請求項1に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記腔は心腔であり、前記周辺組織は前記心腔の1つ以上の壁であることを特徴とする位置特定システム。

- 請求項3に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記心臓情報の操作卓は、非直交の座標系における前記生体電位電極の前記3Dアレイの電子表示を生成するように構成されていることを特徴とする位置特定システム。
- 請求項6に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記心臓情報の操作卓は、前記非直交の座標系における前記生体電位電極の前記3Dアレイの前記電子表示をグラフィック的に調整および補正するようにさらに構成されており、これは、
前記3Dアレイの知られているおよび/または測定された形状に基づいて軸補正因子を、前記生体電位信号から定められた電圧データに適用することと、
前記3Dアレイの知られているおよび/または測定された形状に基づいて、拡大縮小行列を決定し、前記電圧データに前記拡大縮小行列を適用することと、
前記軸補正因子と前記拡大縮小行列の適用による前記電圧データの軸補正および拡大縮小に基づく補正された電圧値、を有する各電極の位置の値を計算することと、
計算された前記各電極の位置の値を知られているバスケット構成に適合させることと、
によって行われる、ことを特徴とする位置特定システム。 - 請求項6または7に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記心臓情報の操作卓は、前記非直交の座標系における前記生体電位電極の前記3Dアレイの前記電子表示を、前記3Dアレイの知られているまたは決定された幾何学的形状に適合させるようにさらに構成されていることを特徴とする位置特定システム。
- 請求項7に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記3Dアレイの前記電子表示および前記座標系を表示するように構成されたユーザインターフェースシステムをさらに備えることを特徴とする位置特定システム。
- 請求項9に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記ユーザインターフェースシステムは、ユーザが前記座標系を回転および/または回転縮小して、前記3Dアレイの前記電子表示の画像をグラフィック的に調整および補正することを可能にする機構を含むことを特徴とする位置特定システム。
- 請求項1に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記患者インターフェースのモジュールは、患者絶縁駆動システムを備え、複数の前記位置特定電極は、一組のパッチ電極および1つ以上の基準電極を備えることを特徴とする位置特定システム。

第1の対の位置特定電極は、肋骨の両側に配置された2つのパッチ電極を有し、

- 請求項22に記載の位置特定システムであって、複数のIQ復調器に対して1つのマルチチャンネルのIIRフィルタが存在することを特徴とする位置特定システム。
- 請求項1に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記少なくとも1つのカテーテルは、画像データを収集して前記組織の1つ以上の画像を生成するように構成されている超音波電極をさらに備えることを特徴とする位置特定システム。
- 請求項25に記載の位置特定システムであって、前記心臓情報の操作卓は、
高インピーダンスの入力を有するとともに前記超音波電極から超音波信号を受信するように構成された超音波信号の経路をさらに備えることを特徴とする位置特定システム。
