a)前記入力ユニットが、血管構造の関心領域の空間表現を含む少なくとも1つの第1の画像を提供するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像は、血管治療に使用される医療デバイスの一部の場所を表す画像データを含み、前記医療デバイスの前記一部は、前記血管治療の様々な段階に関連付けられる複数の状態のうちにあるバルーンであり、前記画像データは、前記バルーンの少なくとも部分的に膨らんだ状態を示す署名画像データを有する、ステップと、
b)前記入力ユニットが、前記血管構造の前記関心領域の空間表現を含む少なくとも1つの第2の画像を提供するステップであって、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像は、造影剤が存在して取得される画像データを含み、前記画像データにおいて、前記血管構造の少なくとも一部が明白に見えるように表され、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像は、前記血管治療が施される前及び施された後に取得された画像のうち少なくとも一方を含む、ステップと、
c)前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の取得時間を前記血管治療の時間として決定するステップと、
d)前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像において、前記署名画像データの場所を決定するステップと、
e)前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における少なくとも1つの場所を、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における対応する少なくとも1つの場所に関連付ける変換を決定し、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における対応する場所を提供するように、前記署名画像データの場所に前記変換を適用するステップと、
f)前記出力ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における前記対応する場所における前記血管構造を表すデータを出力するステップであって、出力された前記データは、前記血管治療の結果を認定する情報を含む、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像の前記画像データは、非注入X線データを含み、画像の前記取得時間に造影剤が存在しない、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記血管治療はステントの展開であり、前記方法は、前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像を、ステント留置前の画像とステント留置後の画像とに分けるステップを更に含む、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記署名画像データは、前記バルーンの造影剤を含むことで膨らんだ状態を示す、請求項4乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップe)は、
e1)前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第1の画像における前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現を、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における前記血管構造の前記関心領域の前記空間表現と位置合わせするステップを含む、請求項4乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記位置合わせするステップは、心臓ロードマッピングによって達成される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップe1)は更に、前記処理ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの第2の画像における前記決定された場所における又は前記決定された場所の周りの領域における血管半径が減少した領域を決定するステップを含む、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- プロセッサによって実行されると、請求項4乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法を行う、請求項1若しくは2に記載の装置、又は請求項3に記載のシステムを制御する、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶されたコンピュータ可読媒体。
