Claims (16)
- 流体を皮下投与するための注入装置(1)であって、
穿刺カニューレ(2)と、
留置カニューレ(3)と、
を有しており、
出発状態では、前記穿刺カニューレ(2)の遠位側の端部領域が、前記留置カニューレ(3)の内部に同心的に延在している注入装置(1)において、
前記装置(1)は、摺動可能に支持された第1のランナ(4)と第2のランナ(5)とを有しており、
前記第1のランナ(4)は前記穿刺カニューレ(2)に接続されていて、前記第2のランナ(5)は前記留置カニューレ(3)に接続されており、
前記注入装置(1)はさらに、予め規定された制御領域にわたって移動可能な制御エレメント(6)を有しており、前記制御エレメント(6)は前記第1のランナ(4)および前記第2のランナ(5)を摺動させるために、前記第1のランナおよび前記第2のランナに作用接続可能であって、
前記制御エレメント(6)は、
前記制御領域の第1の部分においては、前記両ランナ(4,5)の同方向の摺動を行わせ、ひいては前記留置カニューレ(3)の装着を行わせ、
前記制御領域の第2の部分においては、前記第2のランナ(5)のロックを、ひいては前記留置カニューレ(3)の留置位置における保持を行わせ、かつ前記第1のランナ(4)の戻し摺動を、ひいては前記留置カニューレ(3)の前記遠位側の端部領域からの前記穿刺カニューレ(2)の終端位置への引き戻しを行わせるように形成されており、
前記制御領域にわたる前記制御エレメント(6)の移動により付加的に、レバーエレメント(42)が、第1の位置から少なくとも第2の位置へと移動可能であり、
前記レバーエレメント(42)が、前記第2の位置において容器の内室から流体を搬送するための搬送装置(21)を作動させることが可能である、
ことを特徴とする、流体を皮下投与するための注入装置(1)。 - 前記両ランナは、ガイド装置を介して、摺動可能に支持されている、請求項1記載の装置(1)。
- 前記両ランナは1つの共通の直線ガイド(11)を介して摺動可能に支持されていて、前記直線ガイド(11)は装着方向で、前記穿刺カニューレ(2)と前記留置カニューレ(3)の前記遠位側の端部領域に対して平行に方向付けられている、請求項2記載の装置(1)。
- 前記制御エレメント(6)は、所定の方向に移動可能に支持されている、請求項2または3記載の装置(1)。
- 前記制御エレメント(6)は摺動可能なカム支持体(12)として形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 前記制御エレメント(6)は、前記ランナに作用する一対の合同な摺動可能なカム支持体(12,12’)として形成されている、請求項5記載の装置(1)。
- 前記制御エレメント(6)は第1の区分(13)と第2の区分(14)とを有しており、
前記第1の区分(13)により、前記両ランナ(4,5)の同方向の摺動が、ひいては前記留置カニューレ(3)の装着が行われ、
前記第2の区分により、前記第2のランナ(5)のロックが、ひいては前記留置カニューレ(3)の留置位置での保持が行われ、かつ前記第1のランナ(4)の戻し摺動が、ひいては前記留置カニューレ(3)の前記遠位側の端部領域からの前記穿刺カニューレ(2)の終端位置への引き戻しが行われ、この場合、前記第2の区分(14)の側面(15,16)が、前記第1のランナ(4)および前記第2のランナ(5)に作用する、請求項5または6記載の装置(1)。 - 前記第1のランナ(4)および前記第2のランナ(5)の移動は、前記制御エレメント(6)におけるカム面(10,10’,10’’,10’’’,10’’’’)によって規定されている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置(1)。
- 流体を投与するための投与装置(20)であって、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の注入装置(1)と、
前記容器の内室から流体を搬送するための搬送装置(21)と、

前記流体は前記搬送装置(21)によって前記容器から投与開口(24)へと搬送可能である、投与装置(20)。 - 前記穿刺カニューレ(2)と前記留置カニューレ(3)とは、出発位置では実質的にハウジング(7)の内側に配置されており、前記留置カニューレ(3)の装着のために、接触面(8)に設けられた装着開口(9)を通って前記ハウジング(7)から走出可能である、請求項9記載の投与装置(20)。
- 前記搬送装置(21)は容積型ポンプとして、形成されている、請求項9または10記載の投与装置(20)。
- 前記搬送装置(21)は、
シリンダ(25)であって、シリンダ内壁(28)に少なくとも1つの吸込開口(26)と、少なくとも1つの流出開口(27)とを備えたシリンダ(25)と、
第1のピストン(29)および第2のピストン(30)と、
を有しており、
前記第1のピストン(29)と前記第2のピストン(30)とは前記シリンダ(25)の内側で長手方向摺動可能に支持されており、
前記第1のピストン(29)と前記第2のピストン(30)とは、前記ピストンの端面(31,32)の間に、前記シリンダ内壁(28)の1つの区分と共に、可変の流体容積室(33)を画定しており、
第1のカム構造体(34)と第2のカム構造体(35)とを備えた円筒カム(18)が配置されており、
前記第1のカム構造体(34)は前記第1のピストン(29)に係合し、
前記第2のカム構造体(35)は前記第2のピストン(30)に係合し、
前記円筒カム(18)の回転の際に、前記第1のカム構造体(34)は前記第1のピストン(29)の行程運動を規定し、前記第2のカム構造体(35)は前記第2のピストン(30)の行程運動を規定する、

- 前記流出開口(27)は、前記投与開口(24)に流体接続可能である、請求項12または13記載の投与装置(20)。
- 複数の容器を有しており、各吸込開口は、各吸込開口に対応する別個の容器の内室に流体接続可能である、請求項13記載の投与装置(20)。
- 使用者によって接続可能かつ/または互いに分離可能に形成された駆動モジュールおよび分配モジュールを有しており、
前記駆動モジュールは、回転駆動装置(36)の少なくとも一部を、かつ/または場合によっては注入装置の装着駆動装置を含み、前記分配モジュールは、少なくとも前記容器と、前記搬送装置と、場合によっては前記注入装置(1)とを含む、請求項9から15までのいずれか1項記載の投与装置(20)。
