(5)第2樹脂が、シクロオレフィン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂である前記(1)~(4)のいずれかに記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。
(6)ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂中に第2樹脂が粒子状に分散し、前記粒子の平均アスペクト比が1~5である前記(1)~(5)のいずれかに記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。
(7)長手方向及び垂直方向のそれぞれにおける引裂強度が0.25N以下である前記(1)~(6)のいずれかに記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。
(8)ヒートシール面となる内層フィルムと、前記(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルムとを少なくとも有する包装材用積層フィルム。
(9)ヒートシール面となる内層フィルムと、イソフタル酸成分の共重合比率が0~5モル%であるイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂からなる表層フィルムと、前記内層フィルム及び前記表層フィルムの間に前記(1)~(7)のいずれかに記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルムとを少なくとも有する包装材用積層フィルム。
(10)内層フィルムが、イソフタル酸成分の共重合比率が10モル%~20モル%であるイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂からなる前記(8)又は(9)に記載の包装材用積層フィルム。
易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルムの製造に使用した材料を表1に示す。表1中の各記号の意味は次のとおりである。
PET/IA2: イソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂(イソフタル酸成分の共重合比率2モル%)
PMMA: ポリメタクリル酸メチル
COC: シクロオレフィンコポリマー(エチレンとノルボルネンとの共重合体、表中のカッコ内は共重合比(重量%)を示す)
PEN: ポリエチレンナフタレート
PP:ポリプロピレン
PS:ポリスチレン
EVOH: エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体鹸化物(表中のカッコ内は共重合比(モル%)を示す)
Tg:ガラス転移点(℃)
溶融粘度: 270℃せん断速度121.6(1/秒)における値(Pa・s)
試験方法: トラウザー試験方法
試験片: トラウザー試験片(縦:150mm、横:50mm、スリット長さ:75mm)
試験条件: 試験速度200mm/分、測定温度25℃(室温)
次に、図2に示す3層構造の包装材用積層フィルムを製造し、引裂試験を行った。積層フィルムの製造に使用した材料は、内層フィルムを除いて表1と同じである。内層フィルムには、イソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂(イソフタル酸成分の共重合比率15モル%、PET/IA15)を使用した。
試験方法: トラウザー試験方法
試験片: トラウザー試験片(縦:150mm、横:50mm、スリット長さ:75mm)
試験条件: 試験速度200mm/分、測定温度25℃(室温)
参考例2~7として、上記実施例8~11及び17並びに比較例7の包装材用積層フィルム(厚み17μm)上に、さらに、接着剤層、7μmアルミニウム箔、接着剤層及び12μm延伸PETフィルムをこの順に積層した。参考例1は、参考例2~7における包装材用積層フィルムに替えて、ポリアクリロニトリルフィルムを積層させたものである。得られた積層体について、以下の条件で引裂試験を実施した。その結果を表5に示す。
試験方法: トラウザー試験法
試験片: トラウザー試験片(100mm×100mmの4方シール平パウチ、スリット長さ10mm)
試験条件: 試験速度200mm/分、測定環境23℃-50%RH
n数: 10

Claims (7)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂と、前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂のSP値との差が1.1~4.0(cal/cm3)0.5である、シクロオレフィン樹脂、アクリル樹脂及びポリスチレンからなる群から選択される第2樹脂とのブレンドからなり、
前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂の割合が60重量%~80重量%であり、前記第2樹脂の割合が40重量%~20重量%であり、
前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂中に前記第2樹脂が粒子状に分散し、
長手方向及び垂直方向のそれぞれにおける引裂強度が0.25N以下である易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。 - 第2樹脂のTgが、ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂のTgよりも25℃以上高い請求項1に記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。
- 第2樹脂とポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂の、270℃せん断速度121.6(1/秒)における溶融粘度比が0.3~1.6である請求項1又は2に記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。
- 粒子の平均アスペクト比が1~5である請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルム。
- ヒートシール面となる内層フィルムと、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルムとを少なくとも有する包装材用積層フィルム。
- ヒートシール面となる内層フィルムと、イソフタル酸成分の共重合比率が0~5モル%であるイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂からなる表層フィルムと、前記内層フィルム及び前記表層フィルムの間に請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の易引裂性無延伸樹脂フィルムとを少なくとも有する包装材用積層フィルム。
- 内層フィルムが、イソフタル酸成分の共重合比率が10モル%~20モル%であるイソフタル酸変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂からなる請求項5又は6に記載の包装材用積層フィルム。
