Description
Claims (14)
- 生細胞の凝集体又は軟組織片を移植するために、水性ゲルで充填された軟組織における直線的なチャネルを形成するための装置であって、
前端及び後端を有する、軸線方向に延在する剛性ピンと、前記前端から遠位方向に延在するピン部分に配置され、前記部分を取り囲む乾燥ゲル形成薬剤を含む又はそれからなる層とを含み又はそれらからなり、
前記層は、20重量%未満の水を含有し、
前記ピンは、それが乾燥ゲル形成薬剤を含む又はそれからなるその層のない状態で神経組織の中に挿入されることを可能にするように充分に剛性であって、
前記ピンは、その前端とその後端との間に延在する通路を含み、
前記通路は、半径方向断面において長方形、菱形、若しくは台形、又は略長方形、略菱形、若しくは略台形である、装置。 - 所与の軸線方向位置における前記通路の半径方向の幅は、それに垂直な前記半径方向の幅より2倍又は3倍又は5倍以上大きい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ピンの断面は、円筒形、楕円形、長方形、菱形、若しくは台形、又は略円筒形、略楕円形、略長方形、略菱形、若しくは略台形である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ピンは、金属である、若しくは金属を含む、又はポリマー材料である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 電極手段、光ファイバ手段、センサ手段から選択される1つ以上の手段を含む、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記軸線方向に延在する通路は、水性体液において溶解可能又は分解可能なプラグによってその遠位開口において塞がれている、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記プラグは、ゲル形成薬剤からなる又はそれを含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 水性体液と接触してゲルを形成することができる前記薬剤が、ゲル形成タンパク質、炭水化物、糖タンパク質からなる群から選択される1つ以上の薬剤を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 水性体液と接触してゲルを形成することができる前記薬剤が、ゼラチン、ヒアルロン酸、化学修飾ゼラチン、組換えゼラチン、化学修飾ヒアルロン酸、組換えヒアルロン酸、及びそれらの塩から選択される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記層は、薬理学的に活性な薬剤を含む、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記薬理学的に活性な薬剤は、凝固剤、抗凝固剤、抗生物質、浸透圧調節薬剤、抗炎症薬剤、栄養剤、因子刺激成長剤、因子刺激細胞分化剤、ホルモン、免疫抑制薬剤からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 水性ゲルで充填された軟組織における直線的なチャネルを形成するためのシステムであって、
請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の装置と、
前端及び遠位端を有する管状挿入ガイドであって、それを、前記装置の前記ピンが挿入される前記チャネルを形成するための位置に対して固定するための手段を含む管状挿入ガイドと
を含み、乾燥ゲル形成薬剤で覆われた前記装置の前記剛性ピンは、前記挿入ガイドの管腔に配置されている、又は変位可能に摺動に配置されることができる、システム。 - 前記管状挿入ガイドは、その遠位端において取り付けられた半径方向に延在するフランジを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記固定手段は、剛性の保持要素を含み、前記保持要素は、その一端において前記管状挿入ガイド又は前記フランジに取り付けられ、前記保持要素は、その他端において、人又は動物に対する組合せを固定するように、前記組織が属する人又は動物と直接的又は間接的に接続可能である、請求項12又は13に記載のシステム。
