Description
Claims (9)
- 炭素を含む構造体粒子、及び前記構造体粒子間に気孔が形成されるように、前記構造体粒子の表面に接着され、前記構造体粒子を支持するバインダを含む熱伝達部と、
エアロゾルを生成する固体粒子、及び前記固体粒子に混合され、前記固体粒子に熱を伝達する熱伝達物質を含む媒質部と、を含むエアロゾル生成物品。 - 前記媒質部は、
前記固体粒子間に気孔が形成されるように、前記固体粒子の表面に接着され、前記固体粒子を支持するバインダをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成物品。 - 前記バインダは、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、プルラン及び澱粉のうちいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成物品。
- 前記構造体粒子は、活性炭、炭素ナノチューブ、グラフェン、熱伝導度が0.1W/mK以上である高分子物質、及び熱伝導度が10.0W/mK以上である金属物質のうちいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成物品。
- 前記熱伝達物質は、活性炭、炭素ナノチューブ、グラフェン、熱伝導度が0.1W/mK以上である高分子物質、及び熱伝導度が10.0W/mK以上である金属物質のうちいずれか一つを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成物品。
- 前記媒質部の一側は、前記熱伝達部と連結され、前記媒質部の他側に連結されるマウスピース部をさらに含み、
前記熱伝達部の端部に、250℃ないし350℃の温度範囲の熱が加えられれば、前記熱伝達部と前記媒質部とが接する部分の温度範囲は、220℃ないし320℃であり、前記媒質部と前記マウスピース部とが接する部分の温度範囲は、70℃ないし100℃であり、前記マウスピース部の端部の温度範囲は、40℃ないし70℃である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成物品。 - 炭素を含む構造体粒子の表面にバインダが接着され、前記構造体粒子間に気孔が形成されるように、前記構造体粒子と前記バインダとを混合して熱伝達部を形成する段階と、
エアロゾルを生成する固体粒子と、前記固体粒子に熱を伝達する熱伝達物質とを混合して媒質部を形成する段階と、
前記熱伝達部と前記媒質部とを連結し、外包装材で覆い包む段階と、を含むエアロゾル生成物品の製造方法。 - 前記媒質部を形成する段階は、
前記固体粒子の表面にバインダが接着され、前記固体粒子間に気孔が形成されるように、前記バインダを共に混合する、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル生成物品の製造方法。 - 前記構造体粒子と前記バインダとの混合物の吸引抵抗は、50mmH2O/30mm以下である、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル生成物品の製造方法。
