Claims (13)
- 注入デバイスであって、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有するコンテナと、ここで、前記コンテナは、単一コンテナであり、
前記コンテナの前記第1の端部から前記コンテナの前記第2の端部に向かって移動するように構成されたピストンと、
前記コンテナの前記第1の端部と前記ピストンとの間に配置されたシールであって、前記シールが、前記シールと前記ピストンとの移動が同時に生じるように、前記ピストンに結合されており、前記ピストンの直径は、前記シールの直径に実質的に等しい、前記シールと、ここで、前記コンテナ、前記シール、および前記ピストンの間の空間は、前記シールを介して前記コンテナの前記第1の端部から近位側に漏れるいくらかの第1の流体を収容するように構成されており、
前記ピストンと前記シールを連結するシャフトであって、前記シャフトの直径は、前記ピストンの前記直径よりも小さく、かつ前記シールの前記直径よりも小さい、前記シャフトと、
第1の流体を前記コンテナの外部から前記コンテナ内に搬送して前記シールと接触させて、前記シールおよび前記ピストンの静止位置から前記コンテナの前記第2の端部に向けての初期移動を促すように構成された圧力送達デバイスと
を備え、前記第1の流体はガスである、注入デバイス。 - 前記ピストンと前記コンテナの前記第2の端部との間に配置された前記コンテナ内の第2の流体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記コンテナの前記第1の端部から前記コンテナの前記第2の端部に向かう前記ピストンの移動により、前記第2の流体が前記コンテナから排出される、請求項2に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記コンテナの前記第2の端部に結合された針をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記コンテナの前記第1の端部をシーリングするように構成されたストッパをさらに備え、前記ピストンが前記ストッパに対して移動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記圧力送達デバイスは、前記第1の流体を前記ストッパを介して前記コンテナ内に搬送するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記圧力送達デバイスは、前記コンテナへの送達前に前記第1の流体を加圧するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記ピストンは、前記コンテナの内面に対してシーリングするように構成された円周リングを含む、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記シャフトは、前記圧力送達デバイスが前記第1の流体を前記コンテナ内に搬送するときに、前記シールの角度のずれまたは傾斜を防止するように構成される、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記シールは、前記コンテナの内面に対してシーリングするように構成された円周リングを含む、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記ピストンは、前記コンテナの内面に対してシーリングするように構成された円周リングを含み、前記ピストンの長手方向に隣接する円周リングは、前記ピストン上の溝によって離間されており、
前記シールは、前記コンテナの内面に対してシーリングするように構成された円周リングを含み、前記シールの長手方向に隣接する円周リングは、前記シール上の溝によって離間されている、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。 - 前記ピストン、前記シール、および前記シャフトは、前記コンテナ内に挿入可能なピストンシールシステムを構成し、前記コンテナ内に前記ピストンシールシステムが挿入されると、前記コンテナの前記第1の端部と前記シールとの間の前記コンテナ内に第1のチャンバが形成され、前記コンテナの前記第2の端部と前記ピストンとの間の前記コンテナ内に第2のチャンバが形成される、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
- 前記コンテナの前記第1の端部をシールするように構成されたストッパをさらに備え、前記ピストンが前記ストッパに対して移動するように構成され、
前記圧力送達デバイスは、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、ステーキング針とを含み、前記ステーキング針は、前記圧力送達デバイスの前記第2の端部に固定され、かつ前記圧力送達デバイスの前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部ならびに前記ステーキング針を介して前記第1の流体を前記コンテナ内に送達するために前記ストッパに直接挿入されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の注入デバイス。
