以上より、N-アシルメチルタウリン塩とN-アシルアミノ酸系界面活性剤の組み合わせにより、良好な泡質と、好適な粘度を併せ持つ毛髪洗浄剤組成物については、報告がされていなかった。

From the above, no report has been made on a hair detergent composition having both good foam quality and suitable viscosity by combining an N-acylmethyltaurine salt and an N-acylamino acid-based surfactant.
上記実情に鑑み、本発明者らは、ココイルメチルタウリン塩とN-アシルアミノ酸塩の混合物に対して、さらにラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタインを含有することで、好適に粘度が上昇することを見出した。さらに検証を行った結果、ココイルメチルタウリン塩 0.3~10質量%とN-アシルアミノ酸塩 0.3~6質量%に、さらに、ラウリルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタインを含有する毛髪洗浄剤組成物が、使用時に適した粘度を有し、かつ、洗髪時の泡立ち、泡のきめ細かさ、泡もち、泡のなめらかさも良好であることを見出した。重ねて、上記毛髪洗浄剤組成物は、さらにα-オレフィンスルホン酸塩を含有した場合に、より好適な粘度になるだけでなく、透明度が上昇し、経時での安定性が優れることと、さらにアミノ酸を含有した場合に、泡のきめ細かさ、泡もち、泡のなめらかさがより良好になることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。 In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have found that the viscosity of a mixture of cocoylmethyltaurine salt and N-acylamino acid salt is suitably increased by further containing betaine lauryldimethylaminoacetic acid. 下記表1に示す毛髪洗浄料組成物を下記製造方法により調製し、(イ)粘度、(ロ)泡立ちの良さ、(ハ)泡のきめ細やかさ、(ニ)泡もちの良さ、(ホ)泡のなめらかさに関して以下に示す評価方法及び判定基準により評価判定し、結果を併せて表1に示した。

F:Eを攪拌しながら室温まで冷却する。
G:Fに成分8を添加し、均一に混合し、室温まで冷却する。
H:Gを容器に充填して、毛髪洗浄剤組成物を得た。

<(イ)粘度 の評価方法>
各試料を30℃の恒温下にて一昼夜静置保管し、その後Brookfield型回転粘度計を用いて粘度を測定し、得られた粘度値に関して以下の基準を用いて評価した。

○: 500~1000mPa・s
×: 500mPa・s未満
<(A) Viscosity evaluation method>

各試料の1%の水溶液を作成し、ロスマイルス法(ISO696、JIS K 3352)にて泡立ちの評価を行った。更に得られた泡の高さ値を下記4段階判定基準により判定した。
本発明の泡立ちの評価に用いたロスマイルス法は、次に示す手順に準じて行った。具体的には、試験液200mlを90cmの高さから、同濃度、同温度の試験液50mlを入れた目盛管中へ、直径2.9mmの細孔を通じて流し込み、流下直後の泡の高さを測定するという方法を用いて行った。
[4段階判定基準 (ロスマイルス法による泡高さ値)]
◎: 300mm以上
○: 200mm以上300mm未満
△: 50mm以上200mm未満
×: 50mm未満
<(B) Evaluation method for good foaming>
A 1% aqueous solution of each sample was prepared, and foaming was evaluated by the Rosmiles method (ISO696, JIS K 3352). Further, the height value of the obtained bubbles was determined according to the following four-step criteria.
The Rosmiles method used for the evaluation of foaming of the present invention was carried out according to the procedure shown below. Specifically, 200 ml of the test solution is poured from a height of 90 cm into a scale tube containing 50 ml of the test solution having the same concentration and the same temperature through pores having a diameter of 2.9 mm, and the height of the bubbles immediately after the flow is adjusted. 化粧品専門パネル20名が、毛髪に整髪料等を何も付けていない状態で、各試料6gを用いて洗髪を行う際の、泡のきめ細やかさ、泡もちの良さ、)泡のなめらかさに関して、以下に示す評価基準(I)に従って5段階に評価し、更に全パネルの評点の平均点を以下の判定基準(II)に従って判定した。

表1の結果から明らかなごとく、本実施例1~6の毛髪洗浄料組成物は、比較例1~5の毛髪洗浄料組成物に比べ、粘度、泡立ちの良さ、泡のきめ細やかさ、泡もちの良さ、泡のなめらかさにおいて優れたものであった。
これに対して、成分(a)の量が0.3%未満である比較例1においては、実施例2と比較して、泡立ちの良さ、泡もちの良さで満足のいくものが得られず、成分(a)の量が6%を超える比較例2においては、実施例5と比較して、泡のきめ細やかさ、泡のなめらかさにおいて満足のいくものが得られなかった。
また、成分(b)の量が0.3%未満である比較例3においては、実施例5と比較して、十分な粘度が得られず、泡のなめらかさにおいて満足のいくものが得られず、成分(b)の量が10%を超える比較例4においては、実施例2と比較して、泡立ちの良さと泡もちの良さにおいて満足のいくものが得られなかった。
成分(c)の代わりにコカミドプロピルベタインを用いた比較例5においては、実施例2と比較して、十分な粘度が得られず、使用性において満足のいくものが得られなかった。

In Comparative Example 2 in which the amount of the component (a) exceeded 6%, no satisfactory foam was obtained in terms of fineness of foam and smoothness of foam as compared with Example 5.
Further, in Comparative Example 3 in which the amount of the component (b) was less than 0.3%, sufficient viscosity could not be obtained as compared with Example 5, and the smoothness of the foam was satisfactory. However, in Comparative Example 4 in which the amount of the component (b) exceeded 10%, a satisfactory foaming property and foaming property were not obtained as compared with Example 2.
In Comparative Example 5 in which cocamidopropyl betaine was used instead of the component (c), a sufficient viscosity could not be obtained as compared with Example 2, and a satisfactory one in usability could not be obtained.

(d)α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩1~5質量%
を含有し、成分(a)、(b)の含有質量割合(a)/(b)が0.2~0.7の範囲である毛髪洗浄剤組成物。 The following components (a) to (d);
