Claims (9)
- 本体ケースと、
この本体ケースを走行可能とする駆動部と、
前記本体ケースが走行する走行面としての被掃除面を掃除する掃除部と、
領域の情報を記すマップを作成するマップ生成手段と、
自己位置を推定する自己位置推定手段と、
前記本体ケースの外部の情報を取得する情報取得手段と、
前記マップ生成手段により作成したマップに基づいて前記駆動部の動作を制御することで前記本体ケースを自律走行させる制御手段とを具備し、
前記制御手段は、自律走行時の前記領域の情報が前記マップ生成手段により作成されたマップに記された前記領域の情報と相違する場合に、探索動作を実施させ、この探索動作時に前記情報取得手段により取得された物体および空間の幅寸法または高さ寸法を含む形状が前記マップ生成手段により反映されたマップに基づき、前記探索動作時に前記情報取得手段により取得された前記走行面の段差の情報に応じて、前記領域の掃除時には、高所から低所の順序となるように走行し、前記探索動作時に前記情報取得手段により取得された前記走行面の材質または色調の情報に応じて、走行開始位置となる基地装置への帰還時には、前記基地装置が配置された前記走行面がフローリングである場合、前記基地装置が設置された前記走行面と同一材質の前記走行面を他の材質の前記走行面よりも優先して走行するように前記本体ケースの走行経路を設定する
ことを特徴とした自律走行体。 - 制御手段が本体ケースの走行経路を設定したときに報知する
ことを特徴とした請求項1記載の自律走行体。 - 探索動作は、マップに記された領域の情報との相違位置の範囲を取得するように制御手段により駆動部の動作を制御する動作である
ことを特徴とした請求項1または2記載の自律走行体。 - 探索動作は、本体ケースをマップに記された領域の情報との相違位置の周囲に沿って走行させるように制御手段により駆動部の動作を制御することで情報取得手段により情報を取得する動作である
ことを特徴とした請求項3記載の自律走行体。 - 掃除部は、少なくとも制御手段により探索動作を実施しているときに動作して掃除をする
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載の自律走行体。 - 情報取得手段は、少なくとも制御手段により探索動作を実施しているときに障害物の配置場所を情報として取得する
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載の自律走行体。 - 情報取得手段は、
本体ケースに配置されて互いに離間された複数の撮像手段と、
これら撮像手段によって撮像した画像により、前記本体ケースの走行方向側に位置する物体の距離画像を生成する距離画像生成手段と、
この距離画像生成手段で生成した距離画像から、撮像された物体の形状情報を取得することにより障害物の形状を取得する形状取得手段とを備えている
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし6いずれか一記載の自律走行体。 - 情報取得手段は、少なくとも制御手段により探索動作を実施しているときに障害物の温度を情報として取得する
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし7いずれか一記載の自律走行体。 - 情報取得手段は、少なくとも制御手段により探索動作を実施しているときに被掃除面の塵埃量を情報として取得する
ことを特徴とした請求項1ないし8いずれか一記載の自律走行体。
