Description
正極板及び負極板がセパレーターを挟んで構成された電極組立体と、電解質と、前記電極組立体及び前記電解質を内部空間に収容する外装ケースと、一端が前記電極組立体の正極板または負極板と電気的に接続され、他端が前記外装ケースから外部へ突出して延びた本体部及び前記本体部の他端から前記本体部の突出方向に垂直な両方向へ延びて形成された板状のヘッド部を有し、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性の素材からなる電極リードと、を備えた複数の二次電池と、
少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質の板状で構成され、一端部から内部方向へ延びたスリットが形成され、前記スリットに前記本体部の一部が挿入されたバスバーと、を含み得る。
正極板及び負極板がセパレーターを挟んで構成された電極組立体と、電解質と、前記電極組立体及び前記電解質を内部空間に収容する外装ケースと、一端が前記電極組立体の正極板または負極板と電気的に接続され、他端が前記外装ケースから外部へ突出して延び、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質の板状で構成されたバスバーの一端部から内部方向へ延びて形成されたスリットに一部が挿入されるように形成された本体部及び前記本体部の他端から前記本体部の突出方向に垂直な両方向へ延びて形成された板状のヘッド部を有し、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性の素材からなる電極リードと、を備え得る。

Claims (11)
- 正極板及び負極板がセパレーターを挟んで構成された電極組立体と、電解質と、前記電極組立体及び前記電解質を内部空間に収容する外装ケースと、一端が前記電極組立体の正極板または負極板と電気的に接続され、他端が前記外装ケースから外部へ突出して延びた本体部及び前記本体部の他端から前記本体部の突出方向に垂直な両方向へ延びて形成された板状のヘッド部を有し、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性の素材からなる電極リードと、を備えた複数の二次電池と、
少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質の板状で構成され、一端部から内部方向へ延びたスリットが形成され、前記スリットに前記本体部の一部が挿入されたバスバーと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ヘッド部は、前記バスバーと対面する方向の厚さが、前記本体部の側面のうち相対的に広い側面に垂直な方向における前記本体部の厚さよりも厚く形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記本体部の少なくとも一部が、前記ヘッド部に向かうほど厚さが次第に増加することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記本体部の一部に、外部方向へ突出したストッパが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記本体部は、少なくとも部分的に、前記ヘッド部に向かうほど幅が次第に減少する形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リードは、二次電池の同じ側面に備えられた、相異なる電気極性を有する第1電極リード及び第2電極リードを含み、
前記第1電極リード及び前記第2電極リードの各々のヘッド部は、互いに隣接して位置するように前記本体部の中心を基準として一側または他側へ偏って形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記スリットの内面の一部には、前記スリットに挿入された前記電極リードの前記本体部が位置する方向へ突出した固定突起が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記スリットの少なくとも一部は、離隔した幅が一端部から内部方向へ進むほど次第に減少する形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 正極板及び負極板がセパレーターを挟んで構成された電極組立体と、電解質と、前記電極組立体及び前記電解質を内部空間に収容する外装ケースと、一端が前記電極組立体の正極板または負極板と電気的に接続され、他端が前記外装ケースから外部へ突出して延び、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質の板状で構成されたバスバーの一端部から内部方向へ延びて形成されたスリットに一部が挿入されるように形成された本体部及び前記本体部の他端から前記本体部の突出方向に垂直な両方向へ延びて形成された板状のヘッド部を有し、少なくとも一部が電気伝導性の素材からなる電極リードと、を備えたことを特徴とする、二次電池。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
