Claims (13)
- 正極及び負極を含む電極と分離膜が交互に積層される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容する電池ケースと、
前記電極と連結され前記電極組立体の一側から突出する電極タブと、
一端が前記電極タブと連結される第1電極リードと、
一端が前記第1電極リードの他端と連結され、他端が前記電池ケースの外部に突出する第2電極リードと、
前記第1及び第2の電極リードを互いに連結する連結部と、
前記第1及び第2の電極リードの一部を覆って融着され、前記第1及び第2の電極リードを前記電池ケースに接着させる絶縁部と、
前記連結部に並んで前記第1電極リードの一面の特定位置に形成され、前記第1電極リードと前記絶縁部の間の融着を防止する融着防止部とを含み、
前記第1電極リードの前記特定位置又は前記絶縁部と前記融着防止部の間の接着力は、前記第1又は第2の電極リードと前記連結部の間の接着力より弱く、
前記融着防止部は、
前記連結部の一端から前記電池ケースの内側に向かう方向に形成される、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記融着防止部は、
前記特定位置に摩耗工程を行うことで形成される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記融着防止部は、
前記特定位置に表面処理を行わないことで形成される、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記融着防止部は、
前記特定位置に第1テープを付着し表面処理を行ってから前記第1テープを剥離して形成される、請求項3に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部は、
酸処理されたポリオレフィン系樹脂を含む、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、
ポリプロピレンを含む、請求項5に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記融着防止部は、
前記特定位置に第2テープを付着して形成される、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第2テープは、
酸処理されていないノーマルポリプロピレンを含む、請求項7に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記融着防止部は、
前記特定位置に対応される前記絶縁部の位置にフィルムを付着して形成される、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記フィルムは、
酸処理されていないノーマルポリプロピレンを含む、請求項9に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記連結部は、
導電材を含む伝導性ポリマーで製造される、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記連結部は、
厚さが1から500μmである、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部は、
前記第1及び第2の電極リードが前記連結部を介して連結された部分を覆う、請求項1~12の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
