Description
a.加熱または冷却手段を持たない金型(die)であって、繊維プリフォームの形状を再現する成形面(molding face)及び取付接点(assembly interface)を有する金型と;
b.金型上におけるプリフォームの密封被覆体(封入体、bagging)と;
c.繊維プリフォームを内包する前記被覆体(封入体)内部への真空供給(適用)手段と;
d.誘導加熱手段と、位置決めおよび前記金型と熱ブロック(thermal block)との間の熱伝達のために前記金型の前記取付接点と協動(応動)する受容(受入)接点(receiving interface)と、を有する熱ブロックと、からなる。
e.密封筐体(sealed enclosure)と、前記筐体を前記金型上にロックする手段と;
f.密封筐体内の圧力を上げるための手段。
di.受容(受入)接点と加熱接点(heating interface)と、を含む支持体(support)と;
dii.誘導加熱手段により加熱された蓄熱器と;
diii.前記加熱接点を通して前記蓄熱器の熱を前記支持体に伝達する手段。
i.金型上に最初に積層(堆積)されたプリフォームを被覆する(封入する)工程と;
ii.被覆体(封入体)の内部を真空にする工程と;
iii.金型および被覆(封入)されたプリフォームを熱ブロックに移送する工程と;
iv.熱ブロックを加熱および冷却することでプリフォームの温度を制御することによって、プリフォームに硬化および圧密(強化)に係る熱サイクルを適用する工程。
- 例えばアルミニウム合金のような、高い熱伝導率を有する材料で構成される支持体(140)と;
- 例えばコンクリートまたはセラミックのような、好ましくは磁場に対して透過的な耐熱性を有する材料で作られたベース(150)と;
- 誘導加熱により加熱可能な材料からなる蓄熱器(160)と、を備えた構成からなる。
Claims (9)
- ポリマーで予め含浸された繊維プリフォームの硬化/圧密化(強化)のための装置において、前記装置は、以下の構成において特徴付けられる:
a.加熱または冷却手段を持たない金型であって、繊維プリフォームの形状を再現する成形面及び取付接点を有する金型と;
b.金型上におけるプリフォームの密封被覆体(封入体)と;
c.繊維プリフォームを内包する前記被覆体(封入体)内部への真空供給(適用)手段と;
d.誘導加熱手段と、位置決めおよび前記金型と熱ブロックとの間の熱伝達のために前記金型の前記取付接点と協動(応動)する受容(受入)接点と、を有する熱ブロックと、からなり、前記熱ブロックは、
di.受容(受入)点と加熱接点と、を含む支持体と;
dii.誘導加熱手段により加熱された蓄熱器と;
diii.前記加熱接点を通して前記蓄熱器の熱を前記支持体に伝達する手段と
からなることを特徴とする装置。 - 熱ブロックが冷却手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、
e.密封筐体と、前記筐体を前記金型上にロックする手段と;
f.密封筐体内の圧力を上げるための手段
を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記冷却手段が、支持体内における熱伝達流体の循環のための回路を装備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記冷却手段が、蓄熱器の周りに熱伝達流体の循環のための回路を装備することを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記加熱接点が、適合シートを装備することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記金型の取付接点が、適合シートを装備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の装置を実装して、ポリマーで予め含浸された繊維プリフォームを硬化または圧密化(強化)する方法において、前記方法は、以下の工程において特徴付けられる:
i.金型上に最初に積層(堆積)されたプリフォームを被覆(封入)する工程と;
ii.被覆体(封入体)の内部を真空にする工程と;
iii.金型および被覆(封入)されたプリフォームを熱ブロックに移送する工程と;
iv.熱ブロックを加熱および冷却することでプリフォームの温度を制御することによって、プリフォームに硬化および圧密(強化)に係る熱サイクルを適用する工程と
からなることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3記載の装置を実装した前記方法が、工程(ii)と(iv)の間に、密封筐体内の圧力を増加させる工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
