Description
図1〜図4を用いて、一実施形態の分注ユニットを説明する。図1は分注ユニットを分注用ホルダ側から見た状態を示している。図2Aは図1のA−Aで切断した分注ユニットの断面を示している。図2Bは分注用ホルダを検出対象物質捕捉ユニットから取り外した状態を示している。図2Cは図2Bに示す状態から、さらにカートリッジを試料分析用のディスクより取り外した状態を示している。図3は検出対象物質捕捉ユニットをカートリッジ側から見た状態を示している。図4は図3のウェルをB−Bで切断した状態を部分的に拡大して示している。
図7のフローチャート、図8A、図8B、図9A、図9B、図10、及び、図11を用いて、分注ユニット1のディスク100上に反応領域を形成する方法の一例を説明する。オペレータは、図7のステップS1にて、分注ユニット1のガイド孔320にピペット400を挿入し、抗体501を含む緩衝液を、分注ユニット1の複数のウェル10に分注する。

Claims (2)
- 円板形状を有し、凹部と凸部とが半径方向に交互に配置されたトラック領域を有するディスクと、
貫通孔を有し、前記ディスクに装着された状態において、前記貫通孔と前記トラック領域とにより、溶液を溜めるウェルが構成されるカートリッジと、
前記ウェルに対応して形成された凸状の保持部、及び、前記保持部を貫通するガイド孔を有し、前記保持部が前記ウェルに挿入されることにより前記カートリッジに保持される分注用ホルダと、
を備え、
前記ガイド孔は、
前記保持部の前記ディスクと対向する下面側の第1の開口径が前記分注用ホルダの上面側の第2の開口径よりも小さく、前記溶液を前記ウェル内に注入するピペットが前記ガイド孔に挿入された状態において、前記ピペットの先端を前記ウェルの内周面の近傍に位置させる円錐台形状を有し、
前記カートリッジが前記ディスクに装着され、前記分注用ホルダが前記カートリッジに保持されている状態において、前記分注用ホルダ側から前記ガイド孔を見たときに、前記ガイド孔の中心線が前記ディスクの中心と前記ウェルの中心とを通る線上に位置するように形成されている
