Description
本出願は、AISAPACK HOLDING S.A.の名義で2016年9月13日に出願された先行欧州特許出願第16188491.1号の優先権を主張し、この先行出願の内容は、その全体が参照によって本出願に組み入れられる。
本明細書では、用語「ラベリング」は、フィルムをチューブに固定することを指し、前記フィルムはまた、「装飾フィルム」または「ラベル」とも表示される。用語「装飾」は、フィルム上に目に付くように存在する、情報および/または美観および/または安全の視覚的要素(マーキングなど)を指す。
a)不完全なまたは完全な管状のラベルをシェーパにおいてフィルムから形成する工程と;
b)較正要素の中にラベルを導入する工程と;
c)ラベルの凹面の側に管状本体を押出ヘッドにおいて押出成形する工程と;
d)押出成形された管状本体の外面をラベルの凹面と接触させる工程と;
を含み、ここにおいて、ラベルは、溶融温度が押出成形された管状本体の溶融温度よりも少なくとも20℃高い、少なくとも1つの層を含む。
押出ノズルは較正要素の内側に配置され;
前記デバイスは、押出成形された管状本体内に圧縮空気ジェットを生み出して前記押出成形された管状本体を成形ラベルの凹面に接触させる、少なくとも1つのブロワ手段を含み、
デバイスはさらに、成形された管状本体の内部を経由する空気の漏出を少なくとも部分的に阻止する第1の栓を含み、この栓は、デバイス内に形成された管状本体の長手方向の動きにかかわらず、デバイス内の所定の位置に維持固定される。
− 装飾されていない第1のフィルムを展開すること、
− 第1のフィルムをデジタル印刷すること
− 印刷を閉じ込めるために第1のフィルム上で第2のフィルムを錯化すること、
− 装飾フィルムを得ること、
− 装飾フィルムの縁部を横方向に切断すること、
− 本発明の原理による押出成形装飾法を実行すること。
− 多層フィルムから第1の管状本体を溶着することにより製造、
− 前記第1の管状本体の上に溶融状態の第2の管状本体を押出成形、
− 連動して、本発明の方法により、第2の管状本体の外面にラベルを付着。
− 溶融状態の第1の管状本体を押出成形、
− 連動して、本発明の方法による、第1の管状本体の外面にラベルを付着、
− その後、第2の管状本体を押出成形し、溶融状態の前記第2の管状本体のラベルの外面に付着。
− 膨張剤を含む樹脂から溶融状態で管状本体を押出成形、
− スワンネックシェーパを使用して管状本体まわりにフィルムを付着、
− 膨張剤と空気ジェットの共同作用により、管状本体の外面をフィルムの内面または内層に接触させる、
− 管状本体を較正および冷却。

Claims (15)
- 包装チューブを押出成形しラベリングする方法であって、押出成形ラベリングラインで実行される以下の連続する工程、すなわち:
a)不完全なまたは完全な管状のラベル(12)をシェーパ(20)においてフィルムから形成する工程と;
b)較正要素(22)の中にラベルを導入する工程と;
c)ラベル(12)の凹面の側に管状本体(13)を押出成形する工程と;
d)押出成形された管状本体(13)の外面をラベルの凹面と接触させる工程と;
を含み、
ラベル(12)は、少なくとも2つの層を含み、前記層のうちの一方が押出成形された管状本体(13)の融点よりも少なくとも20℃高い融点を有し、工程d)は、管状本体(13)の内部と外部の間に第1の圧力差(ΔP1)を生み出す空気ジェットによって実行され、前記第1の圧力差(ΔP1)は、管状本体(13)の内部を経由する空気の漏出を少なくとも部分的に遮る、シェーパ(20)の下流に位置する第1のフローティング栓(26)によって生成される、前記方法。 - 第1の圧力差(ΔP1)は、シェーパ(20)の上流側から押出ヘッド(24)を経由する空気の漏出の制御によって生成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1のフローティング栓(26)は磁力によってチューブの内側に保持される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第1のフローティング栓(26)は、チューブを引っ張る手段(17)の後に位置する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第2の栓(29)は開始段階中に押出ヘッドに連結される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第2の栓(29)は、開始段階の後に押出ヘッドから解放され、移動するチューブによって第1のフローティング栓(26)に当接するまで輸送される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 第2の圧力差(ΔP2)がチューブ(14)の内部と外部の間に確立され、前記第2の圧力差(ΔP2)は、真空タンク(21)内の圧力の低減によって生み出される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程c)は較正要素(22)内で実行され、前記較正要素(22)は冷却される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 較正要素(22)は、ラベル(12)との摩擦を低減することを可能にする接触面を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- シェーパ(20)の入口のラベル(12)の張力が制御される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程d)の後に、チューブは、その丸みを最適化するための処理を受ける、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ラベルの縁部が端と端で並べられるか、またはラベルの縁部が重複する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 押出成形ラベリングデバイスであって:
不完全なまたは完全な管状のラベル(12)をフィルムから形成するデバイスと、
ラベル(12)の凹面の側に管状本体(13)を形成するための押出ノズル(27)を含む押出成形デバイスと、
較正要素(22)と;
を含み、
押出ノズル(27)は較正要素(22)の内側に配置され;
前記デバイスは、押出成形された管状本体内に圧縮空気ジェットを生み出して前記押出成形された管状本体を成形ラベルの凹面に接触させる、少なくとも1つのブロワ手段(28)を含み、第2の栓(29)は押出ノズルに近く、第1のフローティング栓(26)は押出ノズルから遠く、前記第1のフローティング栓(26)は、外部手段によって機械内の固定位置に維持されたフローティング栓であり、前記第1のフローティング栓(26)は押出成形チューブ内の圧力を維持する、前記押出成形ラベリングデバイス。 - 前記第2の栓(29)は、取り外し可能にブロワ手段(28)に固定される、請求項13に記載のデバイス。
- 第1のフローティング栓(26)は磁石栓であり、デバイスは、チューブの動きにかかわらず第1のフローティング栓(26)を動かなくする磁石ブッシュ(39)を含む、請求項13または14に記載のデバイス。
