Description
Claims (14)
- トリガと、前記トリガに作動可能に連結された留め具ドライバと、を含む動力伝達部であって、前記留め具ドライバは、前記留め具ドライバの長手方向軸周りで回転可能であり、第1構成から第2構成への前記トリガの作動が、少なくとも、前記留め具ドライバの前記長手方向軸周りの第1回転位置と前記留め具ドライバの前記長手方向軸周りの第2回転位置との間で前記留め具ドライバを移動させる、動力伝達部と、
前記動力伝達部に作動可能に関連し、ロック構成とロック解除構成との間を移動可能である作動ロックアウトシステムであって、前記作動ロックアウトシステムが前記ロック構成にあるとき、前記留め具ドライバが前記第1回転位置から前記第2回転位置へ移動するのを防ぐ作動ロックアウトシステムと、
前記動力伝達部に作動可能に関連する回転連結部であって、前記回転連結部は、前記トリガに作動可能に連結された第1連結具と、前記留め具ドライバに作動可能に連結された第2連結具と、を含み、前記第1連結具及び前記第2連結具は、前記留め具ドライバが前記トリガに連結される係合構成と、前記留め具ドライバが前記トリガから分断される係脱構成と、の間で互いに対して移動可能である、回転連結部と、を備える手術器具。 - 前記トリガの前記第1構成が、作動されない構成であり、前記トリガの前記第2構成が、完全に作動された構成である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記作動ロックアウトシステムが、
前記留め具ドライバに関連する1つ又は複数のロッキング面と、
制御面であって、前記作動ロックアウトシステムが前記ロック構成にあるとき、前記1つ又は複数のロッキング面の移動経路に整列させられ、前記作動ロックアウトシステムを前記ロック構成から前記ロック解除構成に移動させることが、前記制御面を前記1つ又は複数のロッキング面の移動経路から外して移動させる、制御面と、を備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記作動ロックアウトシステムが、
前記留め具ドライバに関連する1つ又は複数のロッキング面と、
制御面であって、前記作動ロックアウトシステムが前記ロック構成にあるとき、前記1つ又は複数のロッキング面の移動経路に整列させられ、前記作動ロックアウトシステムを前記ロック構成から前記ロック解除構成に移動させることが、前記ロッキング面を前記制御面との整列から外して移動させる、制御面と、を備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。 - 前記1つ又は複数のロッキング面は、前記留め具ドライバの軸方向に対して外側に延在し、前記制御面は、前記留め具ドライバの軸方向に平行な方向に移動する、請求項3又は4に記載の手術器具。
- 前記1つ又は複数のロッキング面は前記第1連結具の周囲に分散される、請求項5に記載の手術器具。
- 前記トリガに作動可能に連結された第1リンクをさらに備え、前記制御面が前記第1リンク上に配置される、請求項3又は4に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1構成から前記第2構成に向かう前記トリガの作動が、前記ロック構成から前記ロック解除構成へ前記制御面を移動させるために前記第1リンクを移動させる、請求項7に記載の手術器具。
- 前記トリガ及び前記第1リンクに直接連結された第2リンクをさらに備え、前記第2リンクが、前記トリガの回転運動を前記留め具ドライバに対する前記第1リンクの運動に移す、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1連結具は、前記第1連結具が前記第2連結具に対して近位及び遠位に摺動されるように構成されるように、摺動可能な連結を介して前記トリガに連結される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1連結具及び前記第2連結具は連動刻み目構造を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記回転連結部は、前記係合構成に向かって前記第1連結具及び前記第2連結具を付勢するように構成されたバネをさらに備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記バネは、前記第2連結具に向かって遠位方向に前記第1連結具を付勢するように構成される、請求項12に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1連結具は、前記第2連結具に対して近位に前記係脱構成に移動されられるように構成される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の手術器具。
