Description
この背景のもと、ドイツ特許出願公開第4003294号公報は、ポリウレタン発泡システムのための混合ヘッド、特に平行ノズルヘッドの、回路ブロックを記載している。ドイツ特許出願公開第102016114898号公報は、粘性材料を発泡させるための装置に関するものであり、第1の搬送ラインを介して第1の搬送圧力で第1の搬送装置を用いて粘性材料が搬送され、第2の搬送ラインを介して第2の搬送圧力の気体が搬送される。第2の搬送ラインは第1の搬送ラインへの開口部位で開口し、開口部位の下流には、粘性材料とガスとの混合物の圧力を緩和する流出装置が設けられ、開口部位にはガス注入弁が配置され、ガス注入弁が粘性材料にガス気泡を注入できるようになっている。
貯蔵容器と混合ヘッドとの間に上記のような回路を介さずに、ドイツ特許出願公開第2914684号公報には、2つの反応性粘性媒体を連続的に混合及び定量する方法が既に記載されているが、上記のような回路は具備していない。米国特許第3765605号公報はまた、ポリウレタンフォームの成分のような互いに反応する2つの流体を、流体を別々にポンプで送液して最後でのみ混合する装置によって一緒に混合して基板上に排出する、対応する装置を記載している。ポンプを対向関係に再編成し、複動式流体モータなどの定圧モータで駆動することで、補正効果が生まれ、ストローク動作が反転したときの圧力変動を効果的に低減することができる。
