Claims (24)

前記ステントグラフトは、未展開状態で前記カテーテル組立体に組み立てられていると共に、前記カテーテル組立体は、バルーンと、カバーとを含み、前記カバーは、第1及び第2の端部と、前記第1及び第2の端部の間に位置する中央部とを有すると共に、前記カバーの前記第1及び第2の端部が前記バルーンの膨脹に対して付与する抵抗が、前記カバーの前記中央部が前記バルーンの膨脹に対して付与する抵抗よりも大きくなるように、前記カバーが前記バルーンを同心円状に包囲し、
ここで、前記ステントグラフトの前記中間部が前記カバーと協働して、前記ステントグラフトの前記中間部において前記バルーンの膨脹に対して付与する抵抗が、前記カバーの前記第1及び第2の端部が前記バルーンの膨脹に対して付与する抵抗を超えるように、前記ステントグラフトが前記カバー及び前記バルーンに対して配置され、ここで、前記ステントグラフトの前記中間部における前記バルーンの膨張率と、前記ステントグラフトの前記第1及び第2の自由端における前記バルーンの膨張率との差が低減されることにより、前記バルーンが前記ステントグラフトを未展開状態から展開状態に膨らませる際の前記ステントグラフトの長手方向の圧縮が低減される、医療機器。 - 前記ステントグラフトの長手方向の展開長さは、前記ステントグラフトの長手方向の未展開長さの少なくとも85%である、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記バルーンが前記ステントグラフトを未展開状態から展開状態に膨らませる際に前記ステントグラフトの長手方向の圧縮を低減するように、前記カバーの前記第1及び第2の自由端の各々が、前記バルーンの対応する肩部の膨張に抵抗するように構成される補強部を含む、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記ステントグラフトの前記ステント部は、前記ステントグラフトの前記グラフト部によって接続される別個の部品である複数の環状ステント要素を含む、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
- 前記グラフト部は、前記ステントグラフトが未展開状態であるときに前記ステントグラフトの長手方向長さを収容するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療機器。
