Description
この特許出願は、本明細書に引用によってその全体が組み込まれている2015年6月30日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/186,718号に対する「35 U.S.C.§119」の下での優先権の利益を主張するものである。
図1は、回収デバイス10全体を示し、図2〜図6は、回収デバイス10の様々な部分を示す。図1を参照すると、回収デバイス10は、バスケット部分又は把持器部分52を含み、バスケット部分又は把持器部分52は、複数の可動部材18、20、22と、複数の支持部材26、28、30を含む。支持部材26、28、30のそれぞれの近位端部66、68、70は、外側シース12及びハンドルアセンブリ90に結合され、遠位端部76、78、80は、外側シース12及びハンドルアセンブリ90の遠位側に延びている。ハンドルアセンブリ90は、回収デバイス10の近位端部86に配置される。可動部材18、20、22は、ハンドルアセンブリ90に結合され、支持部材26、28、30と外側シース12の中を延びている。後でより詳細に説明するように、ハンドルアセンブリ90のアクチュエータ92の移動により、可動部材18、20、22と支持部材26、28、30の間の相対移動を生じさせて、把持器部分52を拡張状態(図1及び図2)と収縮状態(図3〜図6)の間で移行させる。
Claims (14)
- 収縮状態及び拡張状態を有する回収デバイスであって、
シースと、
少なくとも3つの支持部材と、
少なくとも3つの可動部材と、を有し、
前記支持部材の各々は、第1の断面形状を有する第1の部分と、前記第1の断面形状と異なる第2の断面形状を有する第2の部分と、前記シースに固定された近位端部と、前記シースに対して移動可能な遠位端部を含み、
前記可動部材は、前記支持部材に対して移動可能であり、前記可動部材の各々は、前記少なくとも3つの支持部材のうちの1つの支持部材の内腔の中を延び、且つ、前記少なくとも3つの支持部材のうちの異なる支持部材の内腔の中を延び、
前記第1の部分の断面形状は、円形であり、前記第2の部分の断面形状は、卵形である、回収デバイス。 - 前記第1の部分は、前記遠位端部に隣接して位置決めされ、前記第2の部分は、前記近位端部に隣接して位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記第2の部分は、2つの別々の異なる第1の部分の間を前記支持部材に沿って位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記第2の部分に沿った前記支持部材の各々の内腔は、その中に受入れられた前記可動部材が互いの周りを回転することを防止するように寸法決めされる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記支持部材の各々は、ポリイミド、PET、又はその組合せから構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 更に、前記支持部材の各々の第1の部分と第2の部分の間の移行部分を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも3つの可動部材の各々は、収縮状態から拡張状態への回収デバイスの移行中、前記少なくとも3つの支持部材のうちの1又は2以上の内部で遠位側に摺動するように構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記支持部材の各々は、回収デバイスが収縮状態にある間、前記シースの長手方向軸線と平行である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記支持部材の各々は、拡張状態において、前記シースの長手方向軸線から半径方向外向きに撓むように構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記シースは、前記可動部材の少なくとも一部分及び前記支持部材の少なくとも一部分を包囲する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 更に、前記可動部材のうちの少なくとも1つの端部に配置されたストップを有し、前記ストップは、ある距離だけ遠位側に移動した後の前記端部の移動を制限する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記ストップは、前記少なくとも3つの可動部材の端部を互いに固定するカップリングを含む、請求項11に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも3つの可動部材の各々は、前記少なくとも3つの支持部材の遠位端部の遠位側に位置決めされたU字形曲げ部を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記U字形曲げ部は、予め形成され且つ前記支持部材を収縮状態に向かって押圧する、請求項13に記載の回収デバイス。
