Claims (26)
- 複合材料からなる成型物を製造するための付加製造プロセスであって、
前記複合材料が形成される支持構造体を準備するステップと、
前記支持構造体に隣接して強化材を配置するステップであって、前記強化材は所定の形状を有しており、かつ、鋼、グラフェン、炭素繊維またはガラス繊維を含む群から選ばれるステップと、
マトリックス材を、前記支持構造体に対して相対的に移動可能なノズルから前記支持構造体に対して漸次注入して、前記強化材を覆っていくステップであって、前記マトリックス材はポリマーを含むステップと、
を有してなることを特徴とする付加製造プロセス。 - 前記支持構造体を傾斜させ、および閉鎖部材を設け、前記支持構造体と前記閉鎖部材とでモールド空間を作り、その中で複合材料を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記閉鎖部材は、前記マトリックス材を注入するとき、漸次設けていくことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記ノズルは、移動可能なプリントヘッドの一部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- さらに、造形部材をマトリックス材と接触させて所望の表面輪郭を得るステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記造形部材は、掻き取り工具の形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体を準備するステップは、前記支持構造体に隣接して布材を配置し、前記布材に硬化剤を付与する操作があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記強化材は、支持棒を伴って形成されて、前記支持構造体から離して保持されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記マトリックス材は、注入するとき加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体を加熱して、前記マトリックス材を加熱することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記強化材は、導電性であり、前記マトリックス材は、前記強化材に電流を印加することによって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記マトリックス材は、前記強化材を包み込むようにして注入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- さらに、前記支持構造体を回転させて三次元物を形成するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体は、型枠形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体は、三次元形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体には、前記強化材を受け入れできる凹部を持って形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体は、前記強化材を受け入れできる谷のある波形シートの形状であることを特徴とする請求項15または請求項16に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体が、モールド可能な複合材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項15乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記支持構造体は、磁気パネルの形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記成型物は、パネルまたはトラスの形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記パネルは、複数の同様のパネルを互いに連結する連結手段を設けることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記強化材は、メッシュまたはハニカム材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記強化材は、層状に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至22のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記マトリックス材は、ポリエチレンまたはポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至23のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- さらに、充填材を加えるステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至24のいずれか1項に記載の付加製造プロセス。
- 前記充填材は、ポリスチレンであることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の付加製造プロセス。
